They need a proper night manager. When we visited around 10:30 pm all the signage was unlit. We thought they were closed. We told them the signage and parking lot lights were off. They turned the signage on and that was it. Passed back around 20 minutes later and their lights were off again. Not a playground but felt like someone was enjoying the light show. Not me.

Awesome Job today BK Staff!! Food was Fresh, Fast and Delicious! Syrup was low on the lemonade and an employee on his lunch break helped change it when he noticed I had to dump out my cup. I also loved the Christian music on the overhead! Great job!

When I go into a restaurant the employees usually start having a panic attack.
NOT because I am a “Karen” with several special orders….but Because I am a breeder that has birthed many children!!
My orders are never less than $70.00! That’s a lot of value fries!!
This Burger King is phenomenal with our large family order!!! They are KIND to me,KIND to my children! The managers are the best!! The food is so YUMMY!!!
I have literally been asked not to come to certain restaurants during busy times because of our order size!!!
But THIS Burger King has only respected our family!!! I am so thankful for a meal that is cooked for and cleaned up for this tired busy mom!!!

1/11/23 asked for a fresh burger and served an over microwaved double cheese with the cheese burnt and boiled around the edges, and it was in wrapper so it became soggy…same miserable lady handing out food… 🙁
3/7/22- served re dipped hashbrowns….some was burnt some wasn’t but none was hot… not cool!
12/20/21- served old hashbrowns after waiting in line for 20mins…then I asked for new fresh ones, and I was rudely given another bag of hashbrowns….still very old and not hot!! Horrible!
Well… today I was made a sausage crossanwich….weird cuz its not even on the menu and I paid full price…
NOTHING IS EVER FRESH! OLD AS SHYT!!!
I asked them to make the food fresh, “sure no problem” is what she said, I didnt mind waiting so why did I get old food, they would not refund me only remade hashbrowns… sandwich at room temp is NOT FRESH!! Horrible customer service as well, no one wanted to help. The people are rude and hate their jobs!

The quality of today’s food was very poor the burger was just slopped together meaning the condiments were all over the outside of the burger so sloppy covering the inside of the packaging of the burger and grease was even allover the outside of the packaging of the burger needless to say I lost my appetite and the only good thing I have to say is the manager service was top notch when I brought this to her attention but sorry burger king i won’t be eating here again
