Foods always always fresh& hot. Biscuits not cooked hard like others& very buttery. Okra ommg I wants the whole cooking basket of theirs peppers crisp too bite. Drinks are drinks. Not just the seltzer flavor.. Great friendly service. If wrong they’ll make it right without hassling u over the reason. Great restaurant too visit. 10/10 stars for me

Horrible. The prices on the board weren’t correct. Wanted to order the 2 piece meal deal and was told they don’t do it even though it’s on the board. Then told I would have to wait 20 minutes for white meat. Waited 17 minutes to get my food. Cashier was clearly aggravated by me asking any questions.

The food was fresh and hot. The chicken was great. Shrimp was horrible. It looked like it had thawed the froze again. Shrimp was falling apart and gross. Biscuit looked like half of one. I was overcharged for my food. I asked for a 2pc dark with macaroni. They rang me up for a thigh, leg, and macaroni, charged me $10.43. We wanted diet drinks. They didn’t have diet drinks, coke, tea, ketchup, etc. They were out of tons of items. I love Church’s Chicken, but I don’t think I’ll go back to this one

Someone needs to tell them that they are supposed to close at 10… not 9:30 or 9:40. If you are supposed to be open til 10:00 that’s what customers are to expect. You all are already the slowest Churches in Mobile when it comes to service, but to be slow and close early is ridiculous. You are to close at 10 not leave the building at 10. I usually have to go to the Church’s on Broad or Schillinger. Where the service is faster and they close at the right time. This is literally the worse churches in Mobile.

Not sure how this location managed to get a 3.6 on google. More like 0.36 based on all criteria. Staff was rude, most of them glued to their phones. Not a single person greeted us or gave a what that we were there. Food came out hot but was hot garbage. Okra cooked in old burnt oil and all stuck together in one big mass with hardly any breading on them. They looked thawed out and refrozen or something. Churches needs to pay more to recruit decent staff.

They were out of thing they were slow, and they got the order wrong. I ordered 2 orders, 5 tender with a side and a larger okra 2 drinks, 2 apple pies they gave me 4 tender in each and mashed potatoes in one and okra in the other it was supposed to be mashed potatoes in both and a larger okra they also only had lemonade that tasted like some kind of clearer and only sweet tea

THE SLOWEST OF SLOW I watched the cashier literally took 7 minutes from 7:51 pm to 7:58 pm to get some napkins and they 11 cars in drive thru and no sense of urgency and THEY EXPECT DELIVERY DRIVERS TO WAIT OR PEOPLE TO HAVE CALL INS AND LOBBY CLOSED!!!! THEY ARW MISSING MONEY AND DISRESPECTING THE CX WITH THE SLOW PACE

Went thru drive thru and had to pull to window to order. Got just chic tenders. Was told to pull into park spot took more than 10 minutes for food. They were so small. Waste of money. Asked for honey mustard and only got 1. Will not visit this location again.

It’s absolutely time to tear this place down and start over. There were more flies than people inside. I had to go inside because the drive-thru doesn’t work. it very much seems like a third world country. I’m hoping the kitchen is cleaner than every other part of this place and that the mobile Health Department is doing its job. On a good note, the girl behind the bulletproof glass seems nice enough and the chicken was good
