Went through the drive-thru and purchased breakfast. One of the items was French toast sticks. These things were burnt… not just a little. So went back in and they agreed to remake them. They cooked them exactly the same. The manager said “thats how we cook them.” No fast food looks like the promotions they show you on commercials or their website but these were comically different. Not impressed with the management at this location. And also Wendy’s is the most expensive fast food chain now. Yes you read that right. They raised their prices 35% this year. My suggestion? Dine elsewhere. 1 star for you Wendy!

Before I write this, I just want to say I work in fast food and I understand mix ups. But this is just really upsetting. I have food allergies and tend to eat what I’m used to because I know it’s not going to harm me. And I usually get a BIG BACON CLASSIC DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. All I asked for was the burger nothing else. And they gave me a BIG BACON CHEDDER instead. I was understanding and went back in after I had unwrapped the burger to see something else. They gave me the new burger and a frosty for the mix up and I went back home… JUST TO SEE THAT THEY GAME ME THE SAME THING WITH BEEF INSTEAD. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding my allergies and it makes me so sad and upset when something like this happens. This hasn’t happened to me with this store before but this is frustrating. I just want to eat something.

They weren’t busy some of the employees could have been out on the floor cleaning the tables. The table we sat down at didn’t look dirty but it was sticky my arm stuck to the table. Other than that the visit was very good.

Wendy’s has a coupon deal for the double Dave’s single but the staff has taken the modern math and they are not honoring the coupon the coupon states the double Dave’s single combo for $5.00 but when it’s rung up the price is $10.39 as and then when the coupon is entered it subtracts $3.20; So by the math that they use you’re paying $7.19 and only part of the time they will do a open coupon for $0.90 so you are still paying $6.19 for a $5 coupon , And l have repeatedly tried to explain the errors but am told that that is the proper charge.
