Waited in line forever just to get cold food. Exactly 17 minutes. We spent close to $16. We specifically asked atleast 2x’s for our food to be made fresh. My husband asked for fresh food and I asked. The fries were the only item hot. Old fish, old meat, and nuggets. I called up to the store and asked that my food be replaced. This is the only positive thing I can say… the manager didn’t give an attitude and someone did answer the phone the 1st time.

I went there July 23,2022 I had 2 whopper combo. Got home to enjoy what I thought Would be a good meal. Open my whopper to see mold on the bun so I called Them to speak to the manager. Not only did I get A mold whopper but also attitude when explain to the manger about the sandwich. I asked The woman for her name she told “I dont Have a name”. Not once was I rude To this woman or blamed her about anything I just Want to come to resolution. I calmly Told the manger that I’m going to bring the sand which up there so she can see that it had mold on it. When getting up the dining area was locked ( it wasn’t locked when I went Up there the prior time). So I got Through the drive thru and try to explain to the cashier that I am pregnant and just got out the hospital and was hungry… before I could Finish my statement He yells well that has nothing to do with me. So I ask Him what is your manger name… he tells me her name boss lady. I was So insulted and very disappointed because for one this not customer service. And two this so called manger never came to the window to say anything. I asked For her twice before she came to the window and again I asked For her name and told me she doesn’t give out her name. I instantly got sick and began vomiting. I hope Burger King does something about this because I will Be take this further because I didnt Deserve this the employees are rude and to have molded burger. It deplorable what I had to go through

I will never go to this location again I JUST SHOULD HAVE GOT OUT THE DRIVE THUR LINE when one car was returning a sandwich and other car had to return their drinks.That location need to reevaluate staff and performance. I received fries that was harder than my ice.The burger was straight and the nuggets but the fries was burned they wouldn’t eat that S**t so why serve it to others and I was in a rush so I couldn’t wait for them to drop some more, the crazy part they was not busy at all.

Unfortunately under staffed you could tell that the drive-thru associate did not want to be there…smh. But the associate that brought out the food was very nice and apologetic considering the situation. We were immediately told that it was cash only, no ice, and no lettuce mind you this was lunch time @ 1:15p! Not to mention I was completely displeased with the condition of my order!

This Burger King is nasty, the bathroom floors are sticky. The male bathroom is broke and the woman bathroom is breaking. Women’s bathroom needs Jesus, lol somebody pray for this place. There are people loud and waiting by the door, I had to prepare myself to say I do not have any money. Lol rain down blessings!

Negative stars should be an option. I’ve been managing for 26yrs. This is absolutely the worst exp in my life. Menu board not up to date, product not available, nonchalant service from everyone on the shift, not one smile, not one thank you and this was all before I was given cold food and a hot drink. When I requested a refund I was told they can’t, don’t and won’t do one. The manager left me sitting at the window as they served the guest behind me. She proceeded to stand in the window as I callef 911. They stood around as I sat their for over 15-20 min before she came back and asked for my receipt to process my refund. When I asked for the GM named she said she didn’t know it and closed the window in my face. I will be contacting corporate even thought I know this is obviously a poorly ran franchise.

Awful service for the last 5 years. I grew up in the area and its sad to see the service decrease tremendously! Its always an argument about freshness or if old fries have been recooked. This location needs to close down and restructured from management down to team members.
