This particular Burger King has a problem. The last time I was here they told me that I could not order my sandwiches without bread. So what ended up happening to push the issue was they stacked the food in such a way as to make it a big mess on purpose. The picture of the Whopper is with the cheese on the meat and the vegetables on the cheese. They put it so that the cheese was against the paper and the meat on top of the cheese so the cheese melted into the paper. When I tried to ask why they were refusing to remove the bun off of a sandwich the manager or supervisor come running from the back like he wanted a confrontation and acted like he was angry and waiting for me to say something. When he did not get a fight from me he snapped at an employee who was tearing off some trash and threw it in a trash can. With celiacs disease on the rise it just makes sense to have the option of being able to remove the bun. I have not had this problem from any of the other Burger Kings that I visit. So it leads me to believe that it’s the manager or supervisor at this specific location that is causing this problem.

We went there and a younger tall man with short dark hair was extremely pleasant. He was the model employee. Super sweet and caring. I wish I would have got his name. This is being written on Wednesday April 19th at 12:37. Please give this young man some recognition. He most certainly deserves it!

This is the best BK I’ve been to. The food is always delicious, fresh and exactly how u ordered it. And to add to it all, the employees here are GREAT! They have such a good attitude, and have excellent customer service. Every. Single. Time. Way to go WOodhaven BK! Next Time We go, we’ll have it our way!!

I placed a mobile order and went over to pick up food. Sign says the lobby is open til 8p and drive thru is open til 9p. Arrived at 6:52p and all doors are locked and no one is in the building. Apparently hours of service are a joke.

My friend and I decided to go in and order food when we got off work today around 2pm. The gentleman working the counter (didn’t catch his name, had a lot of tattoos) was an absolute delight! He was very helpful, extremely polite and he had just an over all positive attitude! We really enjoyed being served by him! He was ready to help us the second we came in the door! I really hope he sees this or someone in management sees this! His customer interaction skills are above and beyond exceptional! The world is crazy right now and getting to interact with someone who is so positive was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for such a great experience! Also the food was fresh and my Whopper was definitely put together with care. So the the people in the back did a fantastic job as well!

We where stopping on our way back to the city from Ohio to use the restroom. They all spoke when we came in and then in-between each of us they cleaned the bathroom for us…Without us even asking.

Drive through is never open after 4:00pm even when they clearly have a sign that says Drive through open till 9:00pm worker’s always hiding in the back where you can’t see them but can hear them last time I do business with them here don’t recommend this location at all
