I frequent this Burger King regularly as I work in the area. Service is awful, the gentleman working the drive through took payment and then disappeared. The gentleman gathering my food couldn’t hand it to me but was able to take a few drags from his vape pen while I sat waiting for my food. The burger i did get was cold and inedible, the fries were warm at least. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm at this location…dirty store and employees that don’t care. I like Burger King but I will not return to this store.

It’s so hard to get what you order at this location. My coworkers won’t even go here anymore. (It’s usually just the one guy on days and one woman on nights so don’t hold it against the entire staff) I ordered 3 things and every one of them was wrong. I asked him to fix it and he acted all annoyed and hands it back to me the exact same. I asked for my money back on 1 item and he refused to give back the tax with it. I won’t be going back there anymore.

Haha. Wow. Ok so the drive through cashier clearly didnt want to do her job also the people making the food have no buisness making food if they can’t read. The double whopper was a single and the bacon burger had no bacon. Like seriously 27$ for what?

When I arrive to order it was Lunch Rush Hour. I gave them some leeway and generous in my review as a former food service worker knowing how hard rush hour could be. There were 3 cars ahead of me but still took them 10-12 minutes to get my order. The order was done correctly, the length of time to get my order plus didn’t get a “Thank You” hurt their standing.

Very good people. Was greeted by the cashier as we walked in. Manager saw my hat and thanked me for my service. Had the 2 for 14 meal. I cannot say enough about the workers there. Very, very good people. Thank you all.

I go to this Burger King all the time but today they particularly were off their game and when I say they I meant the gentleman that had worked in the front counter. I come to this Burger King all the time on my way to work. The service is usually top notch, But today this guy was the worst. It took one of the people who worked it back in the kitchen to come up and the hand me my online order. I felt that the gentleman they had working the front counter really just didn’t care and it showed.

This is the best b.k I’ve been to in years I go there every mon wed Fri morning for breakfast french toast and o.j and every morning I’m greated great my order is always fresh and the morning guy is so cool I’ve eaten this breakfast for years from every b.k in this area some don’t make fresh some try to refry the sticks to make them fresh I can tell.romulus always fresh and hot and oh so good to the morning drive through guy you are the best your the reason I gave full stars thank you.
