Got 2 whopper meals at drive thru. The food was excellent! Fresh, hot and perfect fries. We got the same items a couple of weeks ago. They were also fewsh and hot! People complain about the wait time, but no one wants to work fast-food anywhere in Spencer. The people who work there do their best with the short crew they sometimes have. I want to thank them for showing up so I can get my BL fix!

Absolutely terrible in all of the worst ways, there’s a manager named Angie there and she’s constantly talking bad to her workers yelling at them, also is completely rude to customers. My husband was chatting with her and she said how “she didn’t even wanna work there she wishes it would just burn to the ground”. On top of that the food took 9 minutes for 2 burgers and fry’s and the cheese was not melted at all. She said how they apparently “bump the orders early and have people pull up” to avoid long times at the sensor. Never coming back

terrible customer service, to start it off the place is disgusting, floors look nasty behind the counter, workers cuss every second, the manager Angie looks like she’s always on drugs when we come in. I won’t be coming back to this spot anymore i can’t believe they even let it stay open in such poor conditions. The manager just yells at every employee, if i was one of the female employees i would smack her so hard for the way she speaks. Unacceptable don’t go here

I give it 5 stars on food because I love the spicy royal crispy chicken sandwich and 2 on service because they are always super slow. Fast food is not what this place is. Even though the sandwich didn’t come the way I ordered it, it was still good. No one in front of me in line except a couple in drive-through, waited 20 mins for the sandwich and small fry, which was supposed to be a large, but it is what it is.
