The food can be okay at times if you order at the right time it’s nothing right but it will do. The real shortcoming is their staff. Some of the rudest fast food workers I have had The misfortune of interacting with. Call about a menu availability question. And had to call repeatedly because I kept getting deliberately hung up on. And their attitudes either on the phone or through the drive-thru is completely uncalled for they should really look at their hiring practices if they’re not able to get polite employees.

Just went there and It took about 5 minutes for someone to answer and then whoever took my order messed up by making something a meal and charging me extra. i got to the window and i asked to pay with cash first then the rest on card and she said yes but the lady that was in the first window took my cash and charged the full total on my card. Then the food i got was cold and terrible and it wasn’t good.

I am really angry with the way this BK was not working as a team tonight there were 3 people. the woman was not getting any help from the 2 boys there and was trying to do her very best. She had other tasks going whenever I went in to get my mobile order she then was continuing what she had going on and the 2 boys ignored me whenever I was trying to request mayo from the make table they wouldn’t even make eye contact this is a bad store most of the time

No going back. Messed up meal 3x, cold fries Visited 2x prior in the last 3 months and food was not appealing to taste anymore. I’d rather had Hardess that use to be in this towm. Bring it back or BK needs to improve their food line. Quit service fake nuggets, fake onion rings n others that needs improvements. I
