I ordered food and my burger looked so gross and too makes it worse it had a very long piece of hair in it. I was so disappointed as I had been craving a whopper with cheese. I reported it and they refunded me for my burger. I will no longer visit this location unfortunately. They are understaffed which adds a lot of pressure on the two people working most of the time. Easy to make mistakes and cut corners trying to keep customers happy under this type of pressure.

Nastiest place I’ve been in years, this place needs to be shut down. Sleeping bag inside like someone is living there, shoes under the booth. Broken window, broken screen with only 4 options to choose from when ordering, broken coke machine. Trash on the floors, dirty tables, food on the floors and the kitchen was trashed. ♂️ Stay away from this dumpster fire.

Was there about a month ago for “dinner” and nothing was good. The wait time was about 20 minutes to get food and they weren’t that busy. Then it came out cold and didn’t look appealing at all. Half of the soda machine choices didn’t work. We finally just got our money back and left. This place is a disgrace to the BK name.

2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, from the time I placed my order till actually getting it was 30 minutes, I assumed they were making it per order and would be hot I was wrong, all our sandwiches were luke warm at best and wrong. The staff was friendly and very apologetic.

Today June 8th at 1400 my Wife and I went to this Burger King unfortunately. We ordered a Whopper and a spicy chicken sandwich meals through the drive through. We made certain order specifications for the sandwiches. We waited patiently for 15 minutes at the window for our order hoping that the wait meant that the order would be fresh and correct. That was not the case. Both of the sandwiches were made wrong and the chicken sandwich bun was stale. I took all the food back and asked for a refund and to my surprise they hadn’t even charged me for the meal to begin with or the other 3 meals in front of mine per the casher. I will not be going back to this Burger King, it is a shame that its even open and that the owner is proud enough to put his name to this establishment. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They had no biscuits, so I agreed to a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I had to wait in the drive thru for 7 minutes. My sandwich was soggy and the top of the croissant was stuck to the wrapper. Coffee cold. Disgusting food. Dirty restaurant.

Update review *** They now have sweet, polite ladies working in the am!! I have been twice the last few weeks and they have been open on time!!! ***They NEVER open at 6am when website shows they should be open. I tried for 2- weeks straight to go at opening time and multiple times, it was dark inside no cars, no one there.

Great branch of Burger King! Served promptly by friendly staff and the store was clean. Tried the Impossible Whopper and was immensely impressed. Almost like the real thing except slightly drier than a normal whopper.
