Very unprofessional, inconsistent on delivery boundaries and argumentative management. I’ve lived here for 18 years and have never dealt with such ridiculousness in a business. They never complete your order correctly, pizza never has enough sauce and if you ask them to correct it they treat you like an inconvenience.

Not being from Indiana and then moving here I tried Pizza King for the first time and it was good. The only problem is what you get for what you pay is so overpriced and ridiculous. Well over $30 for a large specialty pizza. That’s absurd for what you’re actually getting. Minus the ridiculous prices, it’s still a good pizza place to eat… If you have the money to that is.

Stood inline and was waited on by a nice lady. They made a mistake on the door dash pizza and had to remake it. Not a big deal. There was a gentleman who came in and stood waiting for help for 15 minutes. I spoke up to a young man named “Tyler” and told him there was a man waiting for assistance. He nodded his head, scoffed at me and walked to the back. Slamming a cooler shut on the way. No one came to help him for another 15 minutes. Also the phone rang 4 times and no one picked up. You guys have a great product but your servers need courtesy training.

Horrible service took an hour to get our order and was told to “tell them to hold on a g*^ d@— minute” then the pizza was slopped in the box and very poorly constructed!!! highly un-recommended place to order from!!!

Pizza had very few toppings and cheese. Breadstick must be made different now. They tasted like they were from the frozen section of the grocery store. Not the same breadsticks Pizza king is known for.

I would give the price a $$$$ sign these days. It’s ridiculous to be paying over $30 for a large royal feast. And over $5 per order of bread sticks. It’s just dough, quit price gouging! Other than the price absolutely nothing to complain about. Food is 5 star as always and at East Main St. We always get awesome service. Never have to ask for drink refills or boxes. A+ workers over on that side of town.
