We swung through the drive through on our way home after grocery shopping and got the absolute worst fast food meal today. Our chicken sandwiches were actually black. We thought they gave us burgers at first. I squeezed mine to see what it was and grease just oozed out of it. They had clearly left the chicken soaking in grease and plopped it onto the buns. The onion rings were burned, dry, and hard. Our lunch was inedible & disgusting.

It’s unbelievable that I have been to this place every time I go to it they never have drinks. They always have something out. I payed for combos over the mobile app and I am unable to get either a refund or my money back. It is the worst run fast food store. The employees are not mean but just horribly ran by management that they can not keep inventory up.

Crumbs on a lot of tables. Glittery decorations left on the tables which is cute but left glitter all over the eating surface. Food took close to 15-20 minutes to come out. Soda machine is broken. No ketchup dispenser (packets only) which is annoying. Customer service was friendly- about the only positive.

Theres a play place in the front but all the kids are running around in the back. While we were waiting on our food to be cooked two random highschool girls walked right into the kitchen looking for a phone. At random times other kids would appear some working some just hanging out. Food wasn’t bad but service was insane. Probably will dine again.

I ordered on my phone for pickup here and they forgot my drink and the burger was a mess. The fries were cold and had onion rings mixed in. I walked in to get my missing drink and there was no one there. And behind the counter was an absolute pig pin. I had to yell hello to get someone’s attention hiding in the back. It was an awful experience overall. I will never go back to the Burger King again. Whoever is the franchise owner needs to figure it out.

This location really went down the toilet. Orders are always wrong. How hard is it to understand a plain burger??? The inconsistency of what comes on an order is confusing as much as it is frustrating. I will be going to the cedar lake location. It’s a longer drive and the wait time is longer. But the service is much better. Need better training at this location

Cheryl, the manager went out of her way to make my order despite the computer system not working. Many restaurants would’ve just put up a temporary closed sign and sent customers elsewhere and enjoyed a break themselves. I appreciate the extra effort and will return again.

They never have enough help. You are always pulling up and waiting even when you’re the only car. To top it off no soda. More that once now., And without apologies, or compensation just, oh well.

Terrible! They ran out of pop, lemonade and bacon. Then said sorry, we don’t have bacon- I said ok, just refund the amount of the bacon. Might as well have been speaking Martian because she didn’t seem to understand the word. Of course, there was no manager, just 3 teens.

Not sure where to start! We walked into the restaurant, did not see anyone! No employees, no customers! We waited over two minutes before someone walked out from the back and walked right past us without even acknowledging us! Waited another minute, then left for someplace that appreciated its customers!
