Went through drive-thru today and ordered the ” Original Chicken Sandwich Italian Combo” I also wanted to substitute the fries for onion rings, in which they gave me fries anyway. However, I was given a plain chicken sandwich, as you can see in my photo. Very disappointed, how exactly hard is it to take the order,make it, dispense it and get it out the window correctly. They charge you whether you get what you want or not, my job is on the go, and I do not have time to do burger kings job. Needless to say I will definitely scratch that location off my list!

Wait time is fine the food is average for the place. The customer service is absolutely awful, I pull up order my food and the person taking my order has an attitude and seems like they absolutely hate life it’s self. Ok maybe she is having a bad day. When I get to the window the guy taking my payment damn near snatches the card from my hand then almost throws my food at me. I travel for work and this is the worst customer service I have ever had at any establishment!

If could give 0 stars I would that should be a option when making reviews. It was the worst experience I’ve had in years and I should’ve know better than to eat burger king, I haven’t eaten there in 20 years and I know why. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and tried to order 2 six piece nuggets which was clearly written on the menu 4 piece chicken nugget and 6 piece nugget. Carlicia the lady who took our order said they didn’t have 6 piece and only had 4 and 10 piece….stupid. I went ahead and said ok cause my fiance didn’t want to make it a big deal. So we went ahead with our order, she said it’ll be 6 mins for our spicy chicken and for us to pull to the front of the building which we did. When we got our food the nuggets had some white stuff on 1 of the 10 pieces took it back got another one and didn’t check the spicy chicken sandwiches because what could’ve been wrong with them when we just waited 6 mins for them? That was the driest chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the chicken was dried out to where it was dark meat instead of a white meat chicken breast like it’s supposed to be… there was zero sort of condiment on it which maybe would’ve helped with the dryness of that piece of meat. I couldn’t even stomach it let alone swallow it from how dry it was cutting up my gums and roof of my mouth dry. I know better than to give burger king the benefit of the doubt no matter how hungry I am or how conveniently close it’s located to me or where I’m going.

I have came to this location quite a few times now and every time I came here they always tell me that your ice cream machine is down. I find it quite funny that the ice cream machine works just fine during lunchtime. but anytime after 8 o’clock the ice cream machine is down. Management needs to really talk to their staff because this is pure laziness at this point.

Horrible Burger on the Eastside.. The person working Drive-Thru had a very nasty attitude, and her shirt had a debris on it, didn’t seem very hygienic, especially with the long orange hair that was located on the bag of food the drive-thru employee had orange hair.. Again, when customer service goes wrong, if you don’t like to serve customers, then working in a field where you have daily contact with people isn’t ideal. I understand we all have days, but I have been here before to pick up orders, always in the evening’s, and it’s the same ordeal. That and the employees smoking outside where everyone can see.

I made my order and drove to the window. A nice young man took my payment then a few moments later gave me my order and said, thank you! There were napkins in the bag. I didn’t have to ask for napkins. That makes me happy!
