Its always clean and smells good. Food is always made accurately and hot and fresh and quick! The crew on 1/3/26 morning shift was amazing! They deserve a raise.

Apparently greetings are optional here. Walked in and was completely ignored, which really sets the tone. The highlight, though, was the employee with the red hair and nose ring openly talking about customers behind the counter while customers were still close enough to hear every word. Bold choice. If you’re going to talk about people, maybe wait until they’re actually out the door.
Overall, the customer service skills here seem to be missing in action. The attitude, lack of professionalism, and zero awareness made the whole experience uncomfortable. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient — not an exercise in being talked about and ignored at the same time.

Food was a little on the cold side and the restrooms were horrid with poop spackling all over the toilet walls. Good thing I only needed to urinate. The person behind the front counter was on their phone before and after taking our order. Not a big deal, but if the bathroom looks that bad they need to get off their phone and take care of it.

EDITIED: this place has turned in to a complete disaster with no regard for what they are serving their customers. undercooked and old food being served are now the norm here and i would tell anyone to STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. disgusting.

i asked them to cook my impossible whopper well done if it wasn’t too much trouble, and they did. the fries were piping hot right out of the fryer. the dining area is always clean and 9.9 times out of 10 my food is just right, which is awesome because i only have this as a treat about once a month. a welcomed experience in shelbyville where many of the fast food places are awful.

Been there several times but today sept 3 2025 the food and service was awesome. I went through drive through and it was quick and when I opened my food it looked like an advertisement it was perfect very impressive today just keep up the good work.

Used to be my favorite fast food but the service has been horrible the last 2 years, they can’t get anything right! Even if you go in and make sure, it’s normally still wrong! I made the BIG mistake of NOT checking my food before I left but figured the ticket was right and I told them it had been 6 months since I’ve been there and for the SAME reason! I ordered a #8 without tomato, add cheese, add onion. Well guess what I didn’t get! No onion, no cheese (charged me) and the lettuce is sub-par and shouldn’t be wilted and brown by the time it took me to get home (7 minutes). I worked 14hrs today in a VERY hot factory and honestly wanted a small treat from my once favorite place. The ONLY thing that was right was there was no tomatoes. Now tell me again how 7 minute drive can make the lettuce nasty and the chicken not even warm! Want to see some pictures!

Do not order here unless you are ok with your food being made wrong its happened a few times amd I am usually on my way into work so I cant turn around and get it replaced do not go here if you dont have time to go in and get your food made right
