Myself and husband ate here today and we just love James he’s the chef , I won’t say a cook because he whipped it up for us. And he’s is super sweet and nice and so so polite. I love his attitude and personality. Handsome guy , you can fall in love with him and his cooking skills. We waited while he made everything fresh. We purchased chicken wings , tenders red beans and rice. Yes all the way from Maryland for great tasting chicken. Sorry Royal Farms you ain’t got nothing on James , Krispy Krunchy Chicken . Plus the guys in the stores are cute and polite at the register I love them also. Got some lottery tickets and we feel like winners just eating here. Come get you some.

Had a craving for crispy chicken and while I typically order it from Popeyes, my last order from them left me disappointed as I was served half cooked/half bloody red & raw chicken which disgusted me to the point of never wanting to eat from Popeyes again. I was a bit skeptical in ordering from an unpopular/no brand chain, unheard of restaurant; but I am so glad I did! The chicken was flavorful with a nice undertone sweet heat-not too spicy! Loved it! The honey biscuit was definitely on point! That’s money! My only complaint was the red beans and rice. Rice was a bit mushy and beans lacked some flavor and quantity of beans to rice was off. My husband enjoyed their well made, flavorful chicken sandwich and wings. Although the menu appears to almost be a copy of Popeyes, Krispy K knows their flavor and they know how to cook their chicken right! As for Popeyes? I don’t know them! Lol I know Krispy K and will be a regular customer when I get in the mood for real crispy chicken!

Let’s just say, yes, the chicken is good. N the biscuits was good too. Very sweat. Probably would of been better if I ate it right away. The only problem was I got a 4pc n 3 of them were wings. N one leg. I’m not sure if I picked the wr9ng 4pc meal, but I was a little disappointed . Next time, I will try the other 4pc n biscuits ,

Ordered their chicken meal that comes in 3 piece with one side and one biscuit. Also phily egg steak roll. I ordered thru doordash and they messed up my order i only received one chicken meal which was okay and flavorful but service very bad.

Unfortunately, this place has gone from hero to zero based upon the last 4-5 times we’ve purchased chicken from here. These past few times our chicken has been warm at best, dry meat that is also tough because it is not freshly cooked. And of course the employee will tell you it was just cooked a few minutes ago to make the sale. Krispy Krunchy Chicken has now joined the same nasty chicken club as all the local gas stations that precook 50#’s of chicken and let it sit for hours & hours under a heat lamp. I would certainly prefer waiting 15-20 minutes for my chicken to be freshly fried as opposed to eating nasty yard bird.
