Rudest associate I have ever dealt with 1. Pulled in to drive thru ordered and she said the total. That was it. No, thank you. No, pull forward, just the total. 2. Told us we could not use the app because “the internet was acting up” 3. Pulled up, paid, took the receipt, sat there for 10 minutes. 4. She slides the window open and snips “you done”. We had not received anything from her besides change and a receipt. We told her no, we don’t have any of the order. I told my husband to show her the receipt. So she looked at it (why did she have to look at it? There was literally NO ONE ELSE THERE!) She then tosses the bag (that was sitting right there) at my husband and goes “THERE”. I was appalled by the terrible attitude and even worse customer service. I won’t be returning. Wendy’s has better service.

I went through the drive and orders two OCS I asked to add royal sauce and was rudely told i can’t add it so I requested it on the side and he once again rudely said I can’t. He then gave me the total and demanded my promo code without even asking if I was done ordering

The food and service was great..the only thing that was rude was the manager was yelling loudly to the workers. She could have walked to the worker and talked to them privately ..the customers didn’t need to hear how rude she was.

I would give no stars if I could. I worked for 12 hours and was hungry. Pulled into the drive-through right after another car. There was another car in the drive-through. We waited for about 20 mins, and the lady came on and said that they were short staffed and training someone. This was because they didn’t want to make food and serve us. Don’t go to this Burger King. Three cars not served. With two others who pulled in right after us. The staff then went out the back door as soon as we left the parking lot.

I had a good fish sandwich meal from ! It came with onion rings and a sprite as well. I ordered around dinner time so the drive thru was sort of long but worth the wait for my food. I usually order the Hershey’s Pie or a cookie for dessert. The chicken fries are usually good too.

Seems like cahier was new to breakfast.. as former GMs wife helped cashier locate burritos on pos. Made 2 mistake on wife order.. she ended up getting her croissant with out cheese melted.. she prefers non toasted and microwave.. she got non toasted non microwave..

Love this Burger King. They are the only one around my area that offer hot ham & cheese sandwiches. I don’t think the sandwich is on the menu. But they do have them.
