My son & I arrived @ this Burger King location around 9:50pm. Not realizing the dining room area was getting ready to close. The manager was very polite & offered that we could stay in & dine if we would like they were not rushing us out the food was fresh and served promptly. The employees also communicated kind words as we were leaving. It’s rare you get this great of customer service. I have absolutely no complaints

I had a great service by a cashier I heard was new. His name was Rob. Which we have the same name. I was waiting on my car to get done next door and wanted dinner, so my son and I stopped by there. Best experience in fast food I’ve had in a while.

Good Burger King. I got the Spongebob meal and it was prepared well and tasted good. They were out of the dessert that comes with it and subbed a regular Hershey’s pie. Wish I would have been told while ordering, because that’s what I really wanted to try, but the rest of the meal was good and the people are friendly.

Ordered a meal displayed on the menu to then be told it was discontinued? Asked for no tomatoes, would you be shocked that I got them anyway? And literally everything except the (very mediocre) jalapeño cheddar bites was cold. And the loud obnoxious employees. Won’t be back.

This place is legit working 1 car fully in drive thru. Multiple cars sat for a good 30 minutes waiting. Y’all need employees that can multitask. The worker at the window was very friendly but jeez drive thru is moving at snail pace.

I’ve given this burger king so many chances, since it’s across the street from my work. But this is by FAR this worst fast food restaurant on this part of Colerain Ave.. They always take forever getting your food out, and one time employees were literally fighting in front of a llbby full of customers. Today I waited my entire 30 minute lunch break for a chicken sandwich, and dont even have time to eat my food. I will not be giving any more chances unless they go under new management.
