I have been so impressed with this Burger King. Since they’ve remodeled service has been on point, the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious. Not to mention but this location has been the cleanest and tidiest Burger King that I ever been to. You can even tell when you are going through the drive thru and you can see where the workers are that everything is very clean and organized. This is definitely my favorite location and I would recommend 10 out of 10.

We stopped in at 11pm on a Saturday, and had a large order. The lady was super polite, despite looking a little frazzled. The food was out quick and it was FRESH. Can’t ask for much more from a late night burger run!

Pulled up to a dual drive thru. We were greeted and asked to hold. No one came back to take our order while several cars at the other kiosk had their orders taken. Bad customer service.

The place was very clean. The service was extremely fast and they even put the hot sauce in there without me even having to ask and the lady at the counter was very nice. I loved it and I’ll definitely come back! Not to mention for five bucks I got a massive breakfast burrito and if I would’ve went to McDonald’s, I would’ve got half that size out of them!

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at this Burger King location today.
The service was top-notch, and I had the pleasure of meeting the district manager, Tim, and the store manager, Edith. They were both incredibly professional and welcoming, making my visit feel special.
While I’m always a fan of the classic Whopper meal, my food today was prepared perfectly. I also tried the new signature strawberry lemonade, which was a refreshing and delicious addition.
It’s clear this location is well-managed.
The new slogan, “Welcome to Burger King: You Rule,” truly reflects the outstanding customer service I received. I highly recommend this location!

First time at this location. The staff was incredible. The food chef was phenomenal. The items were generated efficiently, customized to order & delicious. This was a large impossible order. Highly recommend this location. (Additionally, they are extremely clean inside. )

Incredibly unprofessional male working the drive thru. He greeted me by acting goofy and making repeated laughing/odd/ disturbing sounds. I left after 30 seconds as the employee didn’t even let me order. The car behind me left as well.

Jose has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a BK! I live nearby and have been coming to this location for a while. I remember him because he has a great attitude and will go out of his way, even when he doesn’t have too! I left in a better mood than when I arrived because of him.

Wow this place is getting worst by the day. I understand we’re short staffed, but at least have cooked food. I bought a crispy spicy chicken sandwich and whopper. The chicken was cold and barely cooked. The fries need no explanation, look how cold, old and dry they are.
Update I went again not once but twice and wow what terrible cold food. Literally the fries and sandwich are not even warm.
