We ordered the Kalua Pork & Kale and Mochiko Garlic Chicken, both of which were absolutely delicious. The sides included garlic mashed potatoes, rice, and mac salad, were also outstanding and complemented the main dishes perfectly. As we looked around, we noticed that all the food being served looked equally mouthwatering, and we’re excited to return to try more of their tasty offerings.
The atmosphere at Uahi Island Grill was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual lunch with a loved one or a group of friends. The service was friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend Uahi Island Grill to anyone looking for a delightful and authentic Hawaiian dining experience. We can’t wait to go back and explore more of their fantastic menu!
Other than that, we were ok with the drinks and another dishes
The poke was alright, the fish was fresh but the sweet and spicy sauce was a bit too sweet and thick for my liking.
Don’t miss the ube colada either, it was delicious!! We dream of this place constantly now.
Bucha Highland Grill offers a straightforward dining experience that hits some marks while falling short on others. The happy hour specials were disappointing, with minimal discounts that didn’t excite.
The menu shows promise, particularly with the teriyaki cheeseburger – a satisfying option that rates a solid 7.5/10. It’s filling and tasty, if not extraordinary. The orange duck confit proved to be another highlight, earning a respectable 7-8/10 rating.
Service stands out as a strong point. The staff is friendly and attentive, working in a notably clean and comfortable environment. The restaurant seems well-suited for casual dining and appears accommodating for larger groups.
While not a culinary destination, Bucha Highland Grill provides a reliable option for those seeking a no-frills meal. The menu suggests potential for variety, and the overall experience suggests it’s worth a return visit – especially if you’re looking to try something different next time.
Recommended for diners seeking a dependable, unpretentious meal in a pleasant setting.
