Atmosphere is no longer friendly. Workers were rude and unfriendly. They stopped sweet tea they charge for sauce when you get chicken nuggets. They raised their prices extremely. The man manger was so rude to customers. We go to Wendy’s atleast 2 times a week but this new manger has reined the personal family Atmosphere.

This location is immensely better than the Jeff Co store, but I heard that one is getting a makeover.

The interior is modern, with interesting furnishings and decorations. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, and their drink bar was fully stocked.

The food was good and fresh. I had their nuggets. I do have to say that their nuggets are worse in comparison to many other fast food nuggets I’ve had (I think it’s the breading). You might like them, though.

If you want to eat at Wendy’s and are in the area, give this location a shot.

I have driven a half an hour away & driven past several Wendy’s to go to this one. Their crisy nuggets and fries are better than any of the other locations near me. Keep doing whatever it is you’re doing, Wendy’s High Ridge!

If you are going to close the store for truck might want to put up a sign or turn your light off. If you just quit taking drive-thru orders at quarter til when you close that’s just bad business.

So I did not expect alot ordering $6 biggie bags. It did come out fast but cold. And I know salads are pre made all they had to do was add the bacon pieces. They could not take 6 seconds to chop it up. I know it’s not that big of a deal but still. Also forgot one of the chicken blt

Just went through the drive through. Haven’t gotten Wendy’s in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn’t melted but that’s ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that’s alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I’m happy.

Have always had good service from this location until today. Ordered on the app and when I arrived to pick up l, the cashier had issues checking in my order. Tina, the manager on duty came over in a rush pushed some buttons and a receipt came out stating that my order was unpaid. Tried to show the manager my credit card confirmation and was brushed off and told I need to pay and she walked away while I wasid-sentence. Pulled up the app and showed the cashier that the order was marked paid. Mgr came back again and told me her system says I need to pay. Showed her the app again and she asked me to show her my bank account. Showed her the email from my credit card company again and pointed out that I confirmed from two different sources that I had paid, and Im not paying again. She very rudely said she would give me my order, but hopes she doesn’t get stuck paying for it herself. Never have I been treated so badly, being accused of trying to steal my lunch! Tina needs a lesson in Customer Service.
