I went to the Burger King located in Hubbard, Ohio, on North Main Street on February 18, 2023, at night, and it was very empty, and I was the only person in the dining room.

They have improved for sure, it used to be a 15-20 minute wait at their drive through now it is like a 5 minute wait. There is about 50% chance they will screw up your order, but last time they did I just called and they made it right which I appreciate. I had a very low opinion of this place but because they made some improvements and their manager there fixed my order and made things right I give it 3 stars. Get the order accuracy rate up and maybe I would even go 4 stars.

There were flies all over the dining room. No ice in the pop machine that only had diet coke. It took the counter 20 minutes to take our order! While we waited, they had to replace 2 burgers that were made wrong 3 times! I attempted to cancel my order at that point and the manager refused to refund me. They charged my order wrong and would not allow me to leave the counter to feed my children while my husband was paying the difference because they screwed our order up. The manager Tammy was so rude to my husband and I that I asked for a refund again, as I was no longer hungry after dealing with such nastiness from the manager. I requested a receipt showing that a correction was made to our order and the manager refused that as well. My mother in law was so upset, they messed up her order and she also requested a refund, yet the manager refused. The play set was falling apart, along with the crew they have working there. Just disturbing. We will be calling corporate!

Bathroom needs a bit of attention and there’s a drain with no cover in women’s restroom. That’s a definite hazard for any small child. The drink selection was small (No Coke, No Minute Maid, the Hi-C ran out in mid stream). People were nice but someone tell the owner to help this place before its too late.

Came in for a meal & when I was given my change back one of the $1 dollar bills were tapped. I asked for a new bill & one of the female employees opened the register & slammed it when I was there. If you don’t like what you do please don’t come to work. Your jobs aren’t harder than a truck driver. Try having a positive attitude & maybe you’ll get people in there.

Ordered a whopper, fry, and sprite on DoorDash that’s even what was on the receipt .(which was attached to the bag) I open the bag to see nothing but 3 cheeseburgers. Seriously made me ponder how one has the ability to mess up something as simple as sandwich making.

I just wanted to say that even though I ordered on the app, and went through the drive thru, the associates were overly helpful, super friendly, and eager to make sure my order was correct (the family can be picky!) They were also super quick, and the exterior of the building was very clean. My only qualm is with the parking lot and all the pot holes. They are dangerous on vehicles and people.
