Waited over 40 mins for a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Then when I left, I had to go back because they gave me the wrong kind of sandwich. When I went back and took another 10 minutes to make the correct sandwich. I left and got a quarter of a mile down the road and took a couple bites my chicken sandwich and finally noticed it was raw .in the middle. And now I’m already an hour late to where I was going and I can’t go back. I will probably end up with food poisoning tonight from the bites that I already took. I am so disgusted. They are very understaffed and have barely any supplies. The drink machine was completely empty too. Need to fix this location and hire competent employees. The manager was really nice but his team is a disaster.

Consistently the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Three car line to the menu? You’re waiting 20 minutes. Then another 15 for your food. Then you just pray they got the order right the first time otherwise it’s another 20 minutes. If there was literally ANYTHING else open late nite around here I’d never come back.

Guess this Burger king is closing soon. Placed my order on the app, got there, I was in formed that the drinks I order( coke, dr.pepper, and root beer) they didn’t have, only had Sprite. Then to top it off, got home, a 15min ride, two of the items was missing( chicken wraps) I spent $46.59, I would have thought I was going to get everything I order.

Today, 4pm. I haven’t been to this Burger King in a long time and I may never go back. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru! Yes, I said 30 minutes. The moment I pulled in 2 cars came in behind me so I was stuck. Sat for 15 minutes just to get my order taken and then another 15 to get to the window and get my food. And when I got to the window, the girl was waiting for my order to be made but wasn’t taking any other orders for the cars in line. And there were 4 cars behind me sitting and waiting. I don’t know what was going on but that was the worst drive through experience I have ever had. And she didn’t even apologize for the wait. Maybe they were short-staffed but they have to come up with something. At least my food was good and they didn’t forget anything.

At Noon today we made the mistake of going to the Bedford Burger King. Today was all about what they don’t have. They don’t have chicken patties, Lettice, tomato, Dr. Pepper, Regular flavored coke or receipt paper. They also did not have a customer friendly attitude rambling off quickly a shopping list of what they don’t have in the building and being frustrated because I could not remember what she said. The order taker was very unprofessional and didn’t explain that when I ordered regular chicken sandwiches she could only sell me some sort of a chicken finger in a wrap with mayo on it. They refused to tell me from the speaker the cost of my meal until I was done with what she said were “my comments”. This is BK is in bad shape, lacking leadership and someone who knows how to maintain an inventory. It has been on life support for quite awhile now and someone needs to pull the plug and let this sorry location serving sadness die. BK Founders ~ James McLarmore & David Edgerton are spinning in their graves at the sad state of this location and some of our local Burger Kings in the area. Too bad our community deserves better.

This burger king was excellent! It’s been so long since my order was correct, made fresh as requested, excellent service from the young lady who receives the money and the gentleman who took the order and gives you the food. I ordered a fresh wooper heavy tomatoes and onion rings. It was just a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Great job, BK!

Placed an order at about 7:45pm through Burger King web page to have delivered. They assigned a driver through door dash to deliver the order. After the driver arrived and waited for a time they abandoned the order. Two more drivers was assigned and abandoned because of how long it was taking. Third driver called and said that two other drivers already picked up the food and I should contact Door Dash. At 9:45pm requested for the order to be canceled through Burger King and was told no, “order is not able to be canceled”. It’s now 10:39pm and no food, and no refund.
