Went in today and I do realize it is Super Bowl Sunday but at 5 pm you can’t take a 14 piece dinner order. Really that is the most assanine thinking ever.
I literally stood 5 minutes at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Then the young gentleman that gets told to take my order can’t hardly get into the register, doesn’t even to start getting the order correct, they have ran out of Mac and Cheese. Before finally telling me they can’t do a 14 piece order. Really this is the way you are running your store on N Rock Road in Wichita KS.

The manager was nice and apologized for my 40 minute wait. However, the young girl at the front gave someone who had been there after me their order first and then when the fresh chicken came out she commenced to giving me old chicken that I already been there for a while. Slowly taking her time. I was nice up until that point. I’ve been coming here for 4 years without a problem but I won’t be back. I’ll go to the west side where my classmate is the manager.

Had to wait awhile in the drive through which wouldn’t have been bad but you could tell the employees were just goofing off. One employee asked us what we were waiting on as if they didn’t even know what we ordered which made me concerned. The employees were nice but a bit unprofessional. One was wearing pajama pants. When we got our food I was expecting it to be super hot for as long as we waited but it was not. They wernt busy either so I’m really not sure what they were doing back there. Food was good though.

Went yesterday for the first time through the drive through. First the speaker sucks as we could hardly understand her. We get up to the window after they pulled the car in front ahead. After waiting about 30 min a guy come out the side door and walked the slowest i ever seen a young person walk to the car in front then walked slowly back inside. My husband and I thought no wonder its taking so long. Finally after about another 20 min we finally get our order and to our surprise it was cold!!! They did throw in a ton of sauces in the bag which we did not ask for. Excessive!

This place is horrible, you have hired some ignorant kids for the night shift.. while ordering, the girl on the speaker stopped listening to the order, said “oh heck no” really loud then had a whole conversation with her coworkers, then proceeds to say hello on the intercom. Finally finished ordering then as we get to the window, which there is only one window asks if we paid yet?? WHAT?!?! So we pay then she asks us to pull to the side and we wait 30 minutes and my husband has to walk up to the drive thru window because the inside is closed and the girl then tells him oh I’m sorry I forgot about you!!! Will never eat at this location again! I hope they close this down.. plus my food was cold, and she kept my receipt so I couldn’t call in to complain!

Ordered over $60 worth of food and STILL didn’t get everything I paid for. Tried calling the store not once, not twice but THREE times and no one answered the phone. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Highly recommend NOT ordering from them if you would like all of your food.

I LOVE Popeye’s chicken, but this is the worst run fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They are out of most of the main items on their menu every time I have been here, not because they are sold out of the item, but because they haven’t made the item for it to be available to serve to the customers who have ordered it. If you have the audacity to ask for information about how long it might be for the food to be made they will be rude and treat you like you are being impatient for simply trying to find out this information. I was told by the employee when I asked if something was being made that they are “just an employee” and there was literally not even an attempt to find out if the item was being made. I would never go to this Popeye’s location if you value your time or have any desire to be treated like a human being. It is absolutely horrible and doesn’t deserve any stars.

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I ordered a 5-piece tenders combo, which CLEARLY includes regular Cajun fries and a drink, plus an additional large Cajun fries on the side. What I received was only the tenders, the biscuit, and the large fries. That’s it. No combo fries. No drink. Half the order just… gone.
This isn’t a small mistake either. A combo is literally called a combo because it includes multiple items. Missing BOTH the drink and the fries from the combo shows a serious lack of attention and quality control. It honestly feels like the order wasn’t checked at all before being sent out.
What makes it worse is that Popeyes prices are already high, and when you’re paying that much, you expect to at least receive what you paid for. I didn’t order à la carte — I ordered a combo for a reason. Getting only part of it is frustrating and a waste of time, especially when you’re hungry and expecting a full meal.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with accuracy here, but this one really pushed it over the edge. If you’re ordering delivery, double-check EVERYTHING because apparently the staff doesn’t. Missing items shouldn’t be this common, and customers shouldn’t have to go through refunds and support chats just to get what they already paid for.
Overall, this experience was sloppy, careless, and disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location again anytime soon unless there’s serious improvement in order accuracy.

Went yesterday 12/30/2025, and ordered through the app we ordered 1 Mardi gras mustard and 1 barbecue dipping sauce. We got 2 barbecue. And this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened. And the guy who handed us the food, said, God bless you. I don’t need that response. It makes me mad. If I wanted to go to church I would do so.
