If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would, the people who work at this location are rude and unprofessional. They’re only worried about collecting their hourly paycheck and that’s it. Don’t expect any good experience here. On August 28th I ordered though the app on the way home from work…I was greeted with automatic attitude from the lady working at the window. She opened the drive-thru window and bug after bug kept going into the business. I advised the women she should close the door and I could see all the bugs flying in the store by the food. I was disgusted and didn’t even want my food at this point with the amount of bugs going through. I simply said that it was gross and would you want to eat somewhere that had bugs flying into the restaurant? She said that isn’t her problem and gave me my food. I will NEVER go back to this location with the staff that works here. People need to be held accountable for their actions in the workplace.

Picked up for delivery and the order was actually ready! I also ignore picking up from certain BK’s including this one because they aren’t in time. Usually when going to this location or the one on Snow Rd, they never got the order. So I have to wait 10-15 minutes. Or, the last time I went they saw I had the order through the app but wouldn’t make the food. I’ve never had issue there before or at any other restaurant. This time I was greeted, it was a positive atmosphere and the food was ready!! I hope they continue on this path and never change. Keep up the good work!!

Horrible service and burnt food. You should be ashamed that you served old dry out food to children. And I had to wait for my order.. Horrible customer service. Then you gave someone else my bag.. I watched you and you said I have to change the bag… Unacceptable

Employees were rude. Couldn’t even make eye contact. They were loudly screaming and swearing while we were standing right there. Food was cold and one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. Just overall gross. Now I remember why I haven’t been to Burger King in several years. With so maybe more options around now that serve good burgers at a cheaper price BK needs to step up their game.

Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!! I went through the drive thru around 1230 am and the manager Tommy was great! He was friendly and the food was out quickly and tasted very fresh. I dont usually visit this location often but I will defintely be back because of the friendliness and service which I’ve noticed many other fast food places seem to be lacking lately! This location seems to have it together though!

I don’t usually review. But I had to.. bought to Jr whoppers both wilted lettuce, soggy tomatoes, bread was hard and the meat was dry. If these sandwiches are on the heater for more then 30 minutes you should throw them away or just make as their ordered. these have completely been sitting for hours.

Went through drive through. Order taker was super rude. After ordering one spicy chicken sandwich she asked me if that was all. She kept doing it. Tried to order a chocolate shake they only had strawberry. She was rude when I tried to order a non spicy chicken sandwich for my spouse. She hates her job and it shows. She should find something else to do, because she acted so miserably.

Some times I am a customer . Some times I’m picking up Doordash order… The service is very slow..Have to wait 20 minutes for door dash order to get ready. They don’t know their specific roles. They are doing drive thru order first and people in the lobby have to wait long before someone take their orders.Poor customer service. People that works here seems they don’t like their job. The girl named Becky is so mean… She s mad when taking orders and she does not apologize for people waiting in the Lobby. She just tell the customers you just have to Wait. Lots of customers left for the slow service. When I asked about my order, She s mad and made fun of me and I felt discriminated. Very unprofessional.

went there to grab some food , lobby closed , no ice cream or shakes bunch of weird kids riding there bikes at the drive thru yelling how many cars were in the drive thru . very strange. went elsewhere to get food . other people were leaving as well so I know it wasn’t just me .

As Burger King Chains go, its just as decent. Had a ver mishaps of forgotten food or other items, but otherwise decent. Staff is average.
