We’re from out of town and don’t have Pizza Hut anymore where we live. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection. Management and the team here should be really proud of this place!

Pizza Hut is the closest to us in town so it use to be our go to for pizza night. A few months ago, we went to pick up our order from the drive thru window and when we told them the name for the order they told us they accidentally gave our order to someone else. No big deal, we are not the type to make a big deal out of a simple mistake. They offered to remake it, so we waited for about 25 minutes and this is the pizza we received. Not sure how a “freshly made” pizza comes out with one piece that looks like it’s from a completely different pizza. We tossed it and haven’t been back since.

I’ve never felt so rushed and disrespected ordering pizza. I came in Saturday around 6 PM and was already feeling anxious. I slightly stuttered while ordering. Instead of basic patience or professionalism, the employee gave me the nastiest look and snapped, “I have no idea what you said but hurry up because I don’t have time for this.”
My husband asked for her name and we read Kelah. I do not remember how it was spelled.
Who talks to customers like that? Especially over something as simple as ordering food. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Customer service is literally part of the job, and this was the exact opposite.
If you’re going to act annoyed, rude, and make people feel stupid for speaking, you shouldn’t be working the front counter. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Would you want to eat across that was half done the toppings are literally falling off of the crust and falling apart as you can see

I did order ahead online I was told that I had to wait till they were done cutting three other pizzas person of the counter had me sitting there while my pizza came out and sat there while she was running to take care of the people that are tipping her inside the restaurant Debbie so by the time my pizza sat there for about 10 minutes it was ice cold ridiculous

Saw a guy filling a plate with salad and then taking out some of the salad he didn’t like and putting it back on the salad bar. A waitress filled the salad bar but did not clean off the bar.
