The staff at this restaurant are in serious need of some training. They are rude and most behave as if the customers are imposing on them. I order no meat Whoppers and meticulously explain that I want all the vegetables and sauces that go on a whopper, just not the burger patty. It’s not that difficult but they inevitably get it wrong, in weird and comical ways. They get even simple things wrong. Once I asked for artificial sugar and they didn’t understand what that was; the cashier kept asking, “You mean sugar?” I had to get a manager to explain what I wanted. I always have to remind them to give me straws and napkins. The last time I was there, I had to involve a manager to get my order straight; she had the same attitude as her staff. It trickles down from the top; small wonder that Burger King seems to be failing, as a restaurant.

Eat in, had to wait over 10 minutes while orders put in after mine were prepared and completed before mine. When my order was delivered, it was not correct. They put the wrong cheese on my burger.

Sometimes I wonder why you see people who are into their mid and late 30s still flipping hamburgers for a living. And then I get served something like this and thank God that they are not in the healthcare industry, or something. Because if they can even be asked to leave the mayonnaise off a burger without putting a triple helping on it because they hate their job so much, then I guess that they’re maturity level, or ability to fulfill a simple request will preclude them from ever moving beyond the drive thru window

This place has turned into a sh$#@ hole. The manager is a very nice lady, but she’s literally working by herself. The three kids that work with her are absolutely clueless and very slow. One of them was on his phone in the kitchen. The other one was yelling “we are running out of ketchup”, really? Lmao. The fries literally looked like they’ve been sitting out for a whole day. Food was very cold and old. I’ll never take my kids there ever again. I’m concerned about my kids after this and other people’s kids, too. This place needs attention big time. The poor lady (manager) needs some help.

Pulled into the drive through Sunday morning after work to get some breakfast. The loud, obnoxious auto greeting at the speaker sounded off but nobody was at the other end to take my order. I waited over 5 minutes — still nobody was taking my order.
