Well let me start by saying that I appreciated the accommodation that this particular BK made for me. I can not have a seeded bun so I was asked if I would like a potato bun instead, at no charge mind you. The young man who is a manager was told by me that I appreciated this accommodation and was told it was no problem. Now this was the first time we have had BK in over 2 years when we had a huge issue with our order and when it was brought to management’s attention the bag was ripped out of my hand and thrown in the garbage. The manager at that time went into the cash register and took out a $20.00 bill and threw it at me and yelled ” keep the change”.

I was just there in drive thru. Around 3:20 pm June 13,2023. I handed the lady at the window a coupon for my order for 6.99 for the large whopper combo. When I handed it she looked confused and a split sec later handed me bag and card back. I had this feeling she didn’t use the coupon. The line was long behind me. I get home to check what she charged me and it was full price of 10.66. Please train your employees how to use those coupons. I usually cook at home just for these reasons. These days nobody cares about their jobs and learning how to do things correctly. All she had to do was ask someone she worked with for help if she didn’t know how to change the charge to the coupon amount. Of course there was no receipt in the bag either

Very rude, refused to serve us and told us to go to taco bell instead. All of the workers were outside in the lounge doing who knows what, but they refused to serve me because they were short staffed, but there were 5 workers sitting outside. When I got there all of the five workers outside yelled at us to leave.

If there was no stars I would of selected that. Around 11:20 am I went to the drive through to buy a Whopper and sprite for my mom who was admitted to the Clinic. She was looking forward to it. On her first bite , there was an 8th inches hair in the middle of it. It caused my mother to throw up. When I went back to Burger King and talked to a lead there (Janelle) instead apologizing she said,”it happens .” I was furious . The first thing I expected was an apology. When I was there I noticed that all the workers did not have gloves and their hair was not tied up or not in an net. I was disgusted as well as never go back again

Very unprofessional, and dont listen to what the customers are ordering. Always give you the wrong burgers or meals. Its really sad that they keep charging me for double cheeseburgers and they give me singles. I want a refund honestly, its happened 3 times.
