Ok so I wanna put that this is more than just one visit for this star rating. But this last time I came, three vehicles were in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get my order. I’m not exaggerating. I timed it. I got a chicken sandwich and nuggets(picture of sad size nuggets). Thew weren’t even warm!. I see the employees grabbing themselves drinks and on their phones while I’m patiently waiting. Didn’t give me sauce for said nuggets….again. Last week at 9pm on a Saturday they closed early for the hell of it without notice while I was in line. I’m done. Burger king lost a customer. Never coming back to any of the franchises ever again

I’m normally not one to complain, I came in and ordered the SpongeBob meal. I said can I have no cheese on my Whopper I’m lactose intolerant they go yeah. They put cheese on it. They give me the shake she doesn’t even attempt to wipe it off whoever made it splash to the pineapple shake all up the side of the cup and she handed it to me in my car like that no napkin no nothing and when I politely asked for a napkin rolled her eyes and said whatever fine. Did not ask me if I wanted a receipt. Then I go to eat my meal the cheesy bacon bites are hard crunchy and cold. There was nothing in the box that was edible. Everything was spilled everywhere they could not even wrap the Whopper it would look like they just put a piece of paper around it and throw it in the box it wasn’t tucked under the sides nothing so the sauces were spilled in the bottom of the box. They get very annoyed with customers for coming to the store.

I asked for a simple Arnold Palmer (half tea half lemonade) and was told they don’t mix drinks. When I inquired further why it wasn’t possible the lady at the window just smirked and said “I don’t know they just said they couldn’t”. Would definitely give 0 stars if possible and never coming back to this location ever again. Other locations make it possible, so this just gives me a sense that it was pure laziness. Lack of professionalism and effort towards a paying customer.

I have never been so flabbergasted. Order a BACON double cheeseburger and there was no bacon. I go back up and tell them there was no bacon on the burger. I misheard her and thought she said it will take a few seconds but she said she will get a few strips and brought me two cold pieces of bacon. I’ve had this exact situation happen at a different location and was given a whole new burger. I am so flabbergasted that she HANDED me two strips of bacon when they messed up my burger.

The only thing that saved this visit was the pleasant lady that waited on me. Depressing interior and a Whopper Jr. Was the size of a hockey puck. It tasted like saddness. I swore then and there that I will never go to another fast food restaurant again.

Rolled up to drive-thru just before closing.
Waiting for someone to take my order. Without so much as an “I’m sorry, we’re closed”, the menu board lights get turned off.
3 vehicles waiting at the window. Maybe you should’ve turned off the boards after the last vehicle? Customer service is dead and buried.

I stopped today Friday by at 2:05 pm Avon location in the drive thru, the lady who took my order “black lady, long hair, accent” was very rude, was rushing me and didn’t even care what I actually want to order. When I got to window and the guy was giving me my food, she made a comment about me being far from window even though my car was close to it. I been going to that location from long time but recently it’s been bad experience after another. End of the day we’re all human and to act like that It’s just a shame. Rude atmosphere, food cold, no comment. Please hire better people to keep your customers.

The floor were extremely dirty and the machine e for milkshakes did not work. The food took forever to get and was overpriced. You might go to McDonald’s there a better chance to get a milkshake.

If there was no stars I would of selected that. Around 11:20 am I went to the drive through to buy a Whopper and sprite for my mom who was admitted to the Clinic. She was looking forward to it. On her first bite , there was an 8th inches hair in the middle of it. It caused my mother to throw up. When I went back to Burger King and talked to a lead there (Janelle) instead apologizing she said,”it happens .” I was furious . The first thing I expected was an apology. When I was there I noticed that all the workers did not have gloves and their hair was not tied up or not in an net. I was disgusted as well as never go back again

12/7/25 Still issues … Cold fries, ordered a sandwich with no pickles and no onions, and it had both on it. Good thing I’m not allergic!!!! Next time I’ll go elsewhere.

There seems to be an ongoing issue at this place with not having items that are on the menu. This has happened at least two times to me. I’ve ordered an item, usually an ice cream item, and they don’t have it. This is something they are currently promoting too! They can’t even refund your money! You have to go back to the app, talk to customer service, and wait a few days. You would think they could mark items as unavailable, like McDonald’s and other places do. On top of that, slow service, too! Very disappointed

Update: still slow service, of course they have you pull ahead so corporate thinks their times are good! No receipt given or offered so you can’t take the survey. Next time I’ll be going to the Elyria BK amazing service there!
