My grandmother ordered and they were disrespectful and impatient. The food was 15 mins late for collection, the order was wrong and when we tried to change it they were rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. We spent over €130 and expect atleast a little help in trying to solve the problem.

The food here was not to my liking it was either too dry or too moist made me feel sick and the staff were not the friendliest people I have ever met and the delivery was very slow arriving even though live in town I hope you can improve and maybe one day I will give you a good review

Gotten food from there few times and it has been decent. Tonight we got two kebabs and chips…oh sweet lord!! Chips were black and brown, and cold rotten! The kebab had no lettuce or salad in it but only what looked like a burned scrappings of meat. It only takes once to get a sickening food from somewhere to never go there again. I have a photos of the chips but cannot attach them here…they are black!
I got it Sunday 11.11.2018 and i paid 17 euro for 2 kebab meals, (one “chicken” and one donor kebab with “chips”) you did not supply me with the receipt, which is actually my right as a customer, but trust me, I know where I got it! I have on the other hand a packaging from your food and you can compare is it the same as you use it. Please, do not try to excuse your bad service with “I’m sure it wasn’t us” approach as it is one of the most diminishing routes of deference!

I got the magic box and most of it was nice except for the donor meat . It was like it was cooked in a furnace,dry and burnt totally inedible! I actually drove down and gave it back it was so bad .
