After several disappointing visits to other Burger King locations recently, I honestly wasn’t expecting much — but this location completely changed my experience.
I went inside and placed a carry-out breakfast order: two Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant sandwiches and hash brown rings. Kasha greeted me warmly with a genuine smile and excellent customer service. When I mentioned my last visit elsewhere resulted in microwaved sandwiches, she kindly offered a 10% discount and assured me everything would be freshly made — and she truly meant it.
Kya prepared the order perfectly. The croissants were hot, soft, and freshly made, and the hash browns were crisp and delicious — exactly how breakfast should be.
Great food is important, but great people make the difference. Kasha and Kya were professional, attentive, and clearly cared about the quality they were serving. They went above and beyond to make sure the experience was right.
This Burger King at 5470 Renner Rd, Columbus restored my confidence in the brand. Corporate should recognize employees like these — they represent what customer service is supposed to be.

All honesty had to wait for the food. Thats fine not a big deal. That is if you get the food hot, fresh, and every thing you ordered. Every thing that was supposed to be warm was cold. Fry, chicken nuggets, whoppers, chicken frys, and cheese stick frys. Every thing cold. They weren’t slammed but they were busier than they usually are. 2 people inside eating 2 cars in front of me. I wasnt missing a lot just a large fry and the correct sauce for my nuggets. My problem is that the last few times its been the same thing cold food missing food. So I’m taking a break from going to this location. Hopefully the ship will right it self.

This is a great Burger King. Their fries are always hot and crispy, and their hamburgers charbroiled just right. The staff are friendly and keep the place running well for dine-in or the drive-thru. Coupons are plentiful. I do miss the pre-Covid prices on their coupons, but they are still reasonably priced savings.

This burger King is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Food was warm and delicious. Definately coming back soon. The new spicy mozzarella sticks are FANTASTIC!!!!

I don’t know if they put some of the worlds grossest sauce on their big breakfast burrito or if the orange sour cheese was just rotten, but that was the most disgusting burrito I’ve ever tried. Couldn’t finish more than a bite. I’m pretty sure the cheese was just absolutely rotten or the eggs were or something. Ended up going somewhere else after for a meal.

After I ordered in the drive thru and went to the window to pay. I received a speciealty drink and did ask if it was large. A young lady said yes in a rude way and slammed the window shut. I was shocked because I was just curious.I do not go here much but will try again.
