Went here and ordered through the drive thru yesterday morning. The morning just started but the person who took my order already seemed like she was over the day. Wasn’t mean but also wasn’t friendly and never smiled. My bagel and coffee were good and I like how they put a lot of crazy cheese on the bagels but I do wish the customer service was better.

There were a couple people eating in the dining room. I left out to my car and came back in and it seemed like every customer is now behind the counter in the kitchen area. I say customers because they had no uniform, ID tag, apron nothing. Even behind the counter they where just on their phones and only one lady was actually working.

Einsteins Bagels has a happy place in my heart because it’s where I used to get my bagels daily in graduate school. I was excited to learn that I moved next to this location because they are not everywhere. Well, to my dismay, the customer service at THIS LOCATION is horrible. The hispanic woman behind the counter does not smile and is grumpy every time and ignores requests. She’s just plain rude and makes it so unwelcoming that I have actually stopped going to this location. I will drive to McKinney or even IRVING before I go back to this location, that’s how bad the customer service is. When I get the bagel, it is sloppily put together and a mess to eat. I ask for my bagel to be cut in quarters (not a tough request) and the woman makes it seem like I asked for something so unique and difficult. It’s not difficult to cut the bagel a second time in the opposite way of the first. It also doesn’t take that much more time.

If I could give 0 stars I would… this place is absolutely ridiculous and the cleanliness is horrible I saw the cashier touching bagels with her bare hands and on top of that her attitude was very rude I could barely hear what she was saying while taking my order I would take your money else where this place is disgusting. I wish I could get a refund for the whole bagel I threw away because they were being nasty. Btw the cheese wasn’t even melted properly

There was a rude lady, and a nice lady behind the counter. When I first walked in, no one greeted me. I automatically had weird vibes. I guess because I’m a white guy they decided they weren’t gonna give me customer service and I could see it in every one of them. But I stayed and was looking at the menu when I was ready to order the main lady shout it out that the other lady would help me. I felt as if I was in the Bronx of New York. It was unbecoming, and I felt she should’ve just walked up to me and said sir the the other lady will help you. Instead, I got treated like a child. But moving on, I decided to order my food and wait at the counter. But the mean lady decided she was NOT gonna let me know my food was ready.. it was the other lady who said “your food is ready”. So when I turn to sit down at a table, they were all dirty, and a crumbs all over them from previous patrons. Would I suggest this store to anyone? NO! It’s a no for me. Will I be back? Nope! Did I feel welcomed? Well, let’s just say there was absolutely zero hospitality. Interestingly enough several people of color came in after me, and was greeted professionally. Proving that I believe that it was because I was white guy. Do I recommend the store? NO!

Worst customer service here! I went in to get bagles for my team and the man in line, in front of me was trying to order when the cashier yelled at him for not hearing what he said. She then said “I’m not dealing with people like you, I’m so over it. I’m about to go home.” Then looks at me and says with the worst attitude “I’m not dealing with him, what do you want?”. It was the most disappointing and awkward experience. I was so mortified, I walked out. The customer service at this Einstein Bagles is the bad but today was the worst. It’s a shame because the food is good. Unfortunately, I will never spend another dollar here.

I think it was the franchise owner and 1 lady working, and holy cow she seemed over worked. There was no niceties, no one said hi. No one smiled. It’s like you walking in on your parents after they just had a fight. The older man was really rude. Orders were slammed on the counter. I had to go back for things they missed and they acted like it was my fault I wanted a drink I paid for.
