Walking into this place, a lady coming out said, ” I hope you have a couple hours to wait.” We brushed it off and went in. We ordered got our drinks and waited 11 minutes for our food to be ready. That’s a big difference from all our previous BK experiences. Usually, it’s ready by the time we get drinks and sit. I paid attention to the kitchen, and it looked like there was 1 guy put of the 7 people in the kitchen making burgers. It also looked like he was new, very slow, and looked like he was confused. The food was good and they got our order right. We will try this place again and see if they improve. I do know I don’t like the onion rings.

I went to this burger King and was very disappointed! I went in to the lobby. Waited 10 minutes for someone to recognize I was there at the counter. When they finally did. They told me they were closed and then turned the lights off on me. Then the blonde guy with long hair was trying to intimidate me and was rude. I left and will never be back to this location again. I don’t deserves to be treated the way they treated me tonight.

For the price I am paying I would expect that a large fry would have more then a handful of fries. On top of that the employees seemed to be more interested in talking with each other then making the actual food. Seems fast is no longer required for fast food.

We stopped today Sunday 4 16 23 . Service was so slow waited 10 mins. In drive thru and Cheese burger and Jr. Cheese burger was cold ! The American cheese slice was cold and not at all melted. Not happy at all.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue coming to this Burger King it doesn’t seem as though anybody wants to work scratch that serve . It’s 18:20 the lights outside are completely out so everybody thinks it’s closed maybe it is but the sign says drive-thru open till 8:00.
