Tarik at the front desk gave me excellent customer service , she was very kind, welcoming, got to me right away and that’s worth highlighting. I ordered a quad stacker, which should have come with cheese, stacker sauce, and four patties. Instead, I ended up with four Whopper patties stacked into one giant whooper style burger .
It wasn’t what I expected, but I wasn’t about to waste it , and to be fair, it was huge and left me full and satisfied. I really appreciate the friendly service, and while the order accuracy could be improved, the customer care made the experience worthwhile. Thank you again, and here’s the promised picture of this monster burger!

Walking into this place, a lady coming out said, ” I hope you have a couple hours to wait.” We brushed it off and went in. We ordered got our drinks and waited 11 minutes for our food to be ready. That’s a big difference from all our previous BK experiences. Usually, it’s ready by the time we get drinks and sit. I paid attention to the kitchen, and it looked like there was 1 guy put of the 7 people in the kitchen making burgers. It also looked like he was new, very slow, and looked like he was confused. The food was good and they got our order right. We will try this place again and see if they improve. I do know I don’t like the onion rings.

Only the drive thru was being catered to. People standing in line were being ignored, I stood there for over 20 minutes there wasn’t I will be with you or nothing said. Spoke my peace and left. If you are in a hurry or hungry go thru the drive thru…

Haven’t been to a burger king in over 15 years an today I remember why now only order two sides an took over 20 mins for my food an customer that were behind me order an got their food before me the manager left an said not my problem, horrible placement of employees no one in charge just chaos

Drove up to Burger King with a large camper cannot go through drive-through. Walked up to the door. All doors are locked. We Walked through the drive-through took forever for someone to answer the drive-through speaker. Girl took our order we walked up to the window. I asked why the doors were locked. She says cause there’s only two workers showed up today so we waited for our food asked for ketchup so they didn’t have any ketchup packets so she had to go in the back and give me a cup of ketchup. This Burger King cannot be run by two people very slow in efficient. Don’t care how long it takes for the customers get through drive-through and get their food. The owner of this place should show up and work if the workers don’t, review after review shows management really doesn’t care. I hope this place closes from lack of business.

Weird night; we got really good customer service in front, then had to get up 3 times to get some sauce on each of our 3 different burgers..
The staff had to call and ask management permission to give out sauce.. ??!
Wiping the sauce cap off on our burgers and calling it good isn’t normal, somebody wake up in there already.

I normally share photos with my reviews but I would have been seen taking a lot of them. How should I start. I will say that the woman that served me was a very kind person. Friendly. I don’t know who was the manager however. I went to fill my cup with pop and the entire area was horribly dirty. Orange pop was all over the machine. Looked like it was there awhile. The lids needed stocked and the area disinfected. Dirt was in the container areas by the straws. I can’t imagine what else I would have seen as I just wanted to get out of there. This is not something I want to see at a restaurant. I was so hungry or I would not have ate my food because of this. My food did seem alright thankfully. Food was served promptly. But if you’re going into this bk just look around before ordering. Hopefully this issue will get resolved quickly.

The food was FRESH at this burger king. I got an impossible burger and it was delicious. My partner got the bacon burger with bbq. He also enjoyed his. They were out of onions and offered me caramelized as a substitute it was nice. The fries were also so fresh and staff was friendly!

the absolute WORST burger King I’ve ever had. Old nasty food like always. i have finally given up on this place it makes me sick. DO NOT EAT HERE. the wait is ridiculous and the place is disgusting. Please please get some new management. Your current manager is running it into the ground. Terrible service . I’ve never seen this location this down bad before. but I’ve seen the same management for a few years now. cant even keep an employee. Just sad. Do your job right or get a new one because this isn’t for you girl. I hope one day I can go back to loving my bk favorites. How hard is it to make a fresh cheeseburger in under 30 minutes. Just terrible.

All I ordered was the crispy onion whopper and it took 10 minutes and they weren’t even busy I watched my burger sit on the counter open and uncovered for at least 5 minutes I asked for a refund and the manager tried to tell me I paid with a credit card when I paid with cash and tried to keep the money and they didn’t throw the burger away after I touched it they placed it under the heat lamp to resell
