The staff was nice and served us fast. I got the double whopper and all the ingredients were served fresh. I also tried the churro fries. I wouldn’t recommend getting them because of small they are. Overall, I had a fair experience with this location.

100% of the time at this location, I’m not given the sauce for my order. Sometimes I’ll even tell them at the window to make sure they put the sauce in the bag, and then they still don’t. Has happened 20+ times to me. However, drive through times are quick and it is appreciated.

I ordered with the app, but when I arrived to pick it up, the order had not gone through. I checked and saw that my credit card had been charged, and I had ordered from the correct restaurant, but they did not get the order and it did not show up in the app that I had ordered it. But even though this was not their problem, the manager stepped in and asked what I ordered and made it for me and gave it to me without asking for anything else. Really appreciate that they were willing to work with me on this.

Seems like they have hired more employees which is nice. The times I’ve dined in during lunch have been wonderful. Staff were courteous and friendly. Food was hot and correct. They’ve also updated their drink machine to a touch screen. It would be 5 stars, but the drive-thru in the evenings is a long wait, orders being correct are hit and miss too.
