This was my best experience w/ a fast food restaurant in a very long time. After I ordered the food, I was greeted by Kayla. She read back my order before taking my money to ensure she had taken the order correctly. Her attention to detail made me smile. Some might not think that’s a big deal but to me, it is. She was very friendly & professional. She would be great at training people.

08/27/2024 – First time visiting this Burger King for lunch. It was not busy and decided to enter the restaurant to order. The interior of this BK was opened, spacious, and clean. I ordered their # 1 combo with cheese large with a coke, and a cheeseburger. Parking u shaped around the building walking distance to the restaurant. Nice and friendly service. Decent prices.

“Please take a moment to look over the menu”. 25 minutes and nothing said to me. Walked in, told them it was a pick up, and it they said they had it but I still waited another 10 minutes. Just go to Chick-fil-A next door, they had a full line wrapped around the building and was still in and out in 11 minutes.
These people just don’t care. Pay them more or something. The prices are already too expensive the service can not also be slow.
Edit 10 minutes later I find out they messed up my order. Just closed the whole location.

A True Act of Heroism at Burger King – Fort Mitchell, KY
Today I witnessed something truly incredible. While my family and I were dining at Burger King here in Fort Mitchell, a gentleman came in and suddenly began having a medical seizure. Without hesitation, the manager, Geo Hoover, immediately jumped into action calmly talking to the man and helping him through the seizure. The employee, Raven, quickly brought something soft to place under his head to keep him safe, while my wife called 911.
Geo showed true leadership, compassion, and courage in such a tense situation. It was amazing to see how well he handled everything with professionalism and care. Afterward, Geo even offered our little boy a free meal and ice cream since he had witnessed the scary event.
You don’t see that kind of heart and humanity every day. Geo and Raven are true heroes, and Burger King should be proud to have such outstanding people on their team.

Went through drive thru and left my bank card. Called that afternoon and they had locked it in their safe. Upon going in to get my card back the next day, while they checked my id, the gentleman cooking remembered me and realized I was the same person who had been given the wrong sandwich the day I left my card, so they gave me a free sandwich! I cannot thank the morning crew and Mike H in the evening enough for protecting my card for being so kind. 5 stars for great service and food, but most of all for their morals and kindness! You all made my week!!

Just had the best food and best experience. The drive thru person who took my order was fantastic. The lady at the drive thru was friendly and asked if I wanted salt, pepper and ketchup. My food was hot and fresh. Way to go ft. Wright burger king!
