I would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short, upon first sip I noticed a sour taste. I went to return and ask for a refund. I paid roughly $7.50 for the drink as shown on reciept. The lady behind the counter goes to refund my coffee and only refunds roughly $6.75. I call out the error. The lady says the difference is the sales tax. I brought up that I should be refunded for the tax as well as there was not a sale and pointed out the anology of returning products to Walmart or anywhere else where you are reimbursed for the entire price paid. She gave an uncalled fo attitude and said I should not be reimbursed for the rax. I again pointed out that she is incorrect. Her unprofessional attitude escalated to uncalled for proportions as she marches away toward the back of the store, coming back with her own purse and tries to give me the 75 cents from her purse while making smarky comments. I inform her that I am not taking her money, the store should reimburse the tax as there is no reportable sale due the refund. She continues her attitude. I again informed her that I was not taking her money and left to avoid further conflict and ignorance/stupidity. This was the strangest interaction. I have experienced. If the store GM wants to reach out, I would appreciate it.
