I want to rate the food and customer service a 0 for terrible experience I ordered the $15 bundle on Uber Eats and only received 1 sandwich— which was made wrong I ordered sausage not bacon. Missing my second sandwich which was a sausage egg and cheese, and the 2 hashbrowns that came with it. Your employees said that I should’ve had two bags but the entire order was wrapped with a receipt and just one bag closed up in a bigger bag. I contacted uber and could only put in a complaint of which they were not helpful at all. I didn’t even get any offer from the store employees of a credit for the mistake they made! Rather it was my delivery person or the store my food was made wrong and the food brought to me was not what I PAID for.

They close the lobby at 9 o’clock and took five minutes at the drive-through before they were even acknowledge me. It’s not like they were busy. And the woman at the speaker had an attitude because I questioned why I had to wait when there was nothing to wait for.

I ordered French fries at this Burger King, but they were badly overcooked and clearly fried in old oil. The taste was very bitter and unpleasant. I didn’t expect such poor quality from a well-known fast-food chain. Please pay more attention to food quality.

Why is it tonight, Christmas Eve, was at restaurant at about 732 or 735 heard the workers telling people at the drive thru that it was going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait because of on line orders , said that to 2 cars then when I get to the drive thru and was ready to order after I told them I would wait they came back and said they can’t take any debit cards so I told them I had cash well low and behold they now can’t take money because there computer system was down. Well I could understand the first time they had a problem but it seemed to progress to the point they just wasn’t going to take any more orders. Well this will be the last time I go to the Covington burger King. They are just pitiful. If they don’t want to work then just quit your job and let people that want to work work. We heard your rude comments at the drive thru.

I only came here because I received a gift card for Christmas and the employee behind the counter overcharged me at first and then after the fact tried to save face by saying “you ordered the meal” and tried arguing with me. I finally get refunded (of course said employee wasn’t capable of taking care of that) and then she gossips to her the employee who actually could take care of the refund about how I changed my mind at the last minute. Don’t just take my word for it, you’ll see additional reviews about the poor service.

I know you won’t believe me but this was the first time I’ve had BK in almost 12 years! And it was ok. My friend got 2 for$5 burgers and he couldn’t eat the other one so I helped myself and first thing I noticed was that it was swimming in mayonnaise and I couldn’t even really taste anything. I squeezed some of it out and tried it again and it tasted pretty good. I think next time I’ll just get them plain with nothing on them.

It is pretty bad when you have to start opening sandwiches at the drive thru to make sure you got what you ordered. I ordered four doubles and only got single sandwiches. They charged me for four doubles. How do you expect people not to be angry over this??? Burger King fails again. I will also be contacting corporate over this. As for service, the guy who took my drive thru order was cordial and polite. The girl at the second window never smiled, was cold and only said, “Pull up to the door and wait.” I was the only vehicle in the drive thru.
