This location always has burnt or overcooked breakfast, I go every single morning ( I like their breakfast not lunch ) I used to get the sausage biscuit but it was always hard and over cooked and I would have to peel half of it off. So I switched to the sausage McGriddle and the first few months they was good and now everytime I get one the sausage is either over cooked and dried out or the McGriddle itself is over cooked / burnt and it makes it where the breading cracks and it’s so dry you can’t eat it unless you have a drink. I understand it’s fast food but it’s still money paying for something that should at the very least not be burnt or overcooked and dried out.

I stop by this location about 4 or 5 times a week at 4:45 am. Lindsey is always polite and respectful. Sometimes the McD’s app isn’t working right but she always figures it out. That early morning crew is awesome. My order… Sausage McMuffin w/egg, no cheese please and a small senior coffee w/ two Splendas. Always fresh & hot. Thank you.

I waited over 25-30 min for 1 Grinch meal. But!!!! This crew tonight did amazing! Mayley Rain (I think she said her name was. Young lady with beautiful pink braids) was jumping back and forth from each station. Making sure orders were going to the right customers. Filling orders that were missing items. There were multiple adults waiting on their personal orders and Doordash. Some were being rude and impatient. There was 15 cars in the drive and 20 customers inside. I could understand if the employees were standing around joking or whatnot. They weren’t. This crew tonight handled it. Every single employee was focused on this rush. The manager was on the phone. In the drive. At the fry station. She was side by side with these guys. I know it was chaos for a minute but y’all really did great. Thank you! Our food was fresh and my daughter said worth the wait. She’s been waiting for the Grinch meal. Again thank you

I had to repeat my order multiple times (she didn’t speak English) and they somehow still managed to get everything wrong. ALL of the food was cold. I asked for a water and they gave me unsweetened tea, so I asked for a large water and they gave me the smallest size water. I asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, and they gave me ONE sauce. I asked for barbecue sauce as well and they gave me spicy buffalo. I honestly think they were pranking me. There is a clear language barrier, it would be nice if they’d hire at least one person to take orders in English. Don’t waste your money here. Also, what happened to the dollar menu!?

Made a simple order large fries large Coke quarter pounder with cheese no onions got the order went outside opened up the box. Coke is right because I got that myself fries were correct. Can’t really screw them up hopefully quarter pounder full of onions took it back in Sather watched him dig the onions off. I could’ve done that myself but when you’re allergic to onions, touching anything doesn’t help the fact they should’ve cooked a new burger with no onions won’t be back very disappointed.

I assume the person who helped me today was a manager but im not certain. However he was so kind and fixed my order with no problems. No sooner did I sit in the booth he brought the bag with my food in it! I really appreciated how kind and helpful he was and im sorry I didnt catch his name to note in this review. Just getting worse.
I understand charging for extra condiments, but to charge then not put any in at all is ridiculous even after I asked at the window, ” did you remember the extra sauces?”. Then i get response , “yeah it was on the order.”
To top it off the kids and I enjoy playing the monopoly game and collecting the pieces. But guess who else does, the employees here. This is the second time we have received our food with missing game pieces.
But other than the missing condiments they at least got the rest of the order right this time.
