Ordered breakfast, first croissant sandwich, bacon was burnt and black, they said they fixed a new one and it was made fresh it wasn’t much better, the second one, cheese not melted and it looks like someone sat on it , was totally squashed! WHOA! Blown away!!! I’d stopped eating at BK anywhere in the US. Disgusting is a kind way to put it. BUT, I gave in and tried this BK in Mt. Sterling one more time. I ordered a Whopper Jr w/cheese and a Whopper w/cheese and O-rings. I requested “fresh cooked” at the speaker/drive thru. It was freshly cooked! Everything was hot and fresh. The employees were kind and friendly. I’d give 10/10 ⭐️ to this Burger King today! THANK YOU BK!!!!

This Burger King needs to do a much better job if they want my business. I felt that they were much worse than three other locations in Seattle and North Virginia, where I felt people were better and frankly more competent. Burger King needs better workers if they want my support – I won’t be coming back and would recommend that staff find a better cook!

I live in Mt. Sterling and it’s not to bad except for BK. I’ve never had breakfast from there but the lunch/dinner is awful. There was this one time that me and my dad went there and I had a whopper, it was okayish but my dad got his food and it was basically frozen. If you have not been there yet,.. DO NOT GO!!!!! Especially after 7pm bc when I had that experience it was like 8pm. If I could rate this 0 (zero) I would.!.!.!.!.!!!!!!!¡

Wow… so bad on so many levels… just wow. Fish sandwich came to the counter quick… but was super dry because it had been sitting in the cue for awhile. My whopper melt was cold. All garbage cans including the one outside was full. There was garbage all over the floor. All tables and seats needed wiped off. The employees were chatting loudly with their friends in the dining room. By the time we left most employees were in the dining room sitting down on their phones or standing at the exit doors vaping. I enjoy eating at Burger King, please do better!!!
