Wow is all I can say. Do better burger king. Ordered Chicken Fries and Mozzeralla sticks. They didnt give me any sauces so had to pull back around and go it and waited while noone said anything pretending I didnt exist. We leave as were going down the road I found my food to be way over cooked or sat under the heat lamp too long. The chicken fries were half the size they should have been and hard as a rock. I’m really disappointed and still hungry. Money wasted I won’t be back.

I used to not come here but recently I had been wanting to try it again.

A boy took my order and couldn’t get it right so I said just forget it. And walked away. He then proceeds to talk to a lady by the name of Brittany and she told him if I came and wanted to place a order how to ring it up. And she told the boy that I was probably just rude not to worry about it. So I confronted her after I went to the restroom to let her know that they needed to put toliet paper in them. And I also asked why she thought I was being rude just trying to place a order. Then while I was walking out she and her coworkers were talking about me. So I thought that was very childish and rude to be working in public and acting that way to customers

Ordered breakfast, first croissant sandwich, bacon was burnt and black, they said they fixed a new one and it was made fresh it wasn’t much better, the second one, cheese not melted and it looks like someone sat on it , was totally squashed! Didn’t seem to care or know what they we’re doing…. What has happened to customer service? Pitiful

Used the app and the app was down, yet it still charged me three times for an order I never received. When contacting customer service about it they chose to only refund one of them so I lost $30. Nothing against the staff.

Placed an order thru the app. Order was hot, fresh & tasted good. Since this was a drive-thru order only interacted with 2 members of the team. They were friendly and courteous. Ordering thru the app can earn points (I think?) and you’ll be able to get great deals on food even without points! (I scored a Free Whopper!).

I got a cheeseburger and some other items the chesseburger i gave to my dog it was awful last time i got food here it was great i dont know whats going on in there but i sure hope it improves.
