My experience here was not so great. My uncle and I decided to grab a bite to eat we ordered through the drive thru and when we got to the window the young female who was working the window was not very friendly. We paid and she gave us our order but no drink. Thankfully we didn’t pull off just yet. We tried to get her attention for 3 minutes and she saw us but did not care. She finally approached and we told her we didn’t get our drink. She handed it to us and looked very unhappy. The food is great but the customer service needs a touch up.

This is consistently the best Burger King in the area, and I chalk it up to one primary reason: the people they hire here are FANTASTIC! Everyone from the cashier to the cooks and the management staff are excellent service industry workers. They are polite, genuinely friendly, accurate, and always get my order right. The food is delicious because they do such a great job.

Went here for dinner one night. They recently remodeled the place and it looks so much better than it used to. The wait was a little slow for a fast food place but the food came out hot and it was good. I will be coming back!

After ordering 2 meals the way I wanted, and agreeing to an extra charge for the type of cheese I prefer, I noticed that one meal had been charged as individual items, costing me nearly $2 more than the combo. At first, the manager tried to say it was just the computer’s fault. I had to suggest that he correct the error. So while he was voiding the first transaction, he muttered “Jesus Christ” loud enough for me to hear, and then shouted over his shoulder not to re-make the order since he was only re-ringing it fix a $0.30 mistake. When I got to the table, I found the other meal had been made wrong, and had to take it back. The manager didn’t seem very interested in ensuring it was made correctly the 2nd time, but another worker watched carefully and gave me the right meal. I wouldn’t recommend going here until they get a better manager.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this restaurant deserves 0 star. The asked us to pull ahead from the drive through line and kept us waiting for over 30 minutes. The kids kept saying they are taking forever. No customer service. Terrible experience!!!

8 pm ordered thru the app. Pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up and the lady answers the speaker. Welcome to Burgerking what can I get you? And keep in mind we are closing in 10 minutes. Funny everything pretty much everywhere says you close at midnight.. ♀️

Let’s just say they don’t waste anything here, French fries should have been thrown away. They were pieces and crumbs, just leftovers. The employees scrape the bottom of the barrel. No one wants to work and they have trouble with English. They just mumble garbage which is what the food is.

Came today for a late lunch got the impossible meal. The burger was cold like barely could eat it cold when I got it can tell they had it laying around for the 10 min I had to wait. They also gave me my drink half filled, had to ask them to put more in it. When they did they took my drink to a different machine where I couldn’t see them filling it then brought it back. Safe to say I didn’t drink that after I saw this :/ . The fries also had no salt.
