This was the “Deep Dish” pizza I ordered. I called and the gentlemen explained this is how they make their deep dish, although polite I was very disappointed in my order, very greasy not the best I had. My recent orders from Joey’s have been slowly declining and I was such a fan of this place but looks like I might have to start looking somewhere else.

Staff is honestly amazing i went tonight and did not personally enjoy my pizza. However they made everything more than rite. The cheesesteak i got in exchange along with a refund was actually made very well and I did enjoy that along with the complimentary piece of pizza he offered me. So refund product exchange and a complimentary piece of pizza i would say the place is family friendly honest and although not for me I would say its worth a look.

So to say the least. I ordered door dash. I pay almost $22 dollars for a half topped pizza. That you can see I ordered all the tipping. It was also a medium. Sooo why it’s half full. I call the girl states I order it that way. My order is attached. I just graze on the fries I order weren’t right.
I called and tried to talk to them about it. She dismissed me. Like I didn’t just look at my order, and you sent it out wrong. You need to talk to your phone person on 4/14/25. She needs coaching.
My order is not right at all.

I tried to reach out because the owner apologized and watened to make up for it. I got an automated response. Via messenger. Because I’d chose to keep this between us. But yeah not sorry. I’ve seen some reviews about the person on the phone. You claim “we need to address that, that was a year ago someone mentioned that” don’t know if that’s family’s, but they need to be gone.
That’s not customer service. Especially when I pay extra for toppings and get half a pizza topped and attitude.
Next time you want to apologize and offer me something…maybe be sincere and give me something to contact you by. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed the last several times we ordered. The last 2 out of the 3 orders have been wrong. One time completely forgetting a topping and then this time instead of half of the pizza being plain like ordered they put the toppings from the other half on the entire pie. But not together half was one topping half was the other, and then to make up for they’re mishap gave us four inedible slices of plain that were clearly cooked at two different times and sat out all day. They were rubber and tasted awful. When I called back to let them know I was unhappy before going this far and posting a review, I was put on hold and had to listen to the counter worker complain about how tired she was to another person.

If I could rate 0 Stars I would but it doesn’t give me that option I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and onion rings and it was horrible I can’t express that enough my cheese steak was dripping with grease and the bun was literally like a sponge that just soaked up all the grease and my onion rings were fried to a crisp the onion itself was even burnt. When I called back to complain about my onion rings they said “that’s how we send out our onion rings.”… So they offered to replace my onion rings with cheese fries and I told the owner that I’ll pay whoever eats those onion rings 20 bucks and he said “I’ll eat the onion rings”. I can only say I will never order from there again

Take out experience: Fantastic service (and quick, too!). Two slices of plain were very good. Basic, standard NY-style that has a great crust and chew.
Out of the dozen or so speciality trays that were out, I had a sweet chili chicken, which was really, really solid. The crust was sightly thicker, which helped to keep the slice together.
Very likely the best place to get a quick slice in the general vicinity. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Variety of flavors. Staff is nice. The place is a little small if you want to eat there. I paid for a group, so I can’t speak on individual prices. However, the group price was great!

OMG! This pizza just catapulted to my top pizza in the area. I didn’t even know this little shop existed until it was recommended by a friend.
I got the deep dish with extra cheese, extra sauce, and bacon (well done). The flavor is out of this world, you can tell how fresh their ingredients are and that the sauce is homemade. I loved how even though my pizza had a lot of cheese and sauce they were still able to make it crispy and well done.
The bacon is real bacon chunks not just bacon bits and the mozzarella cheese is very flavorful and stringy. I am so excited to share this pizza with my friends because I know they will love it too.

Nice restaurant and atmosphere. I was greeted by a nice young lady with a friendly smile she’s very personable. When you walk into the restaurant they have a large assortment of slices to choose from, I chose a slice of mushroom and a slice of Bruschetta Pizza both are thin crust pizzas. The mushroom had right amount of garlic and spices the bruschetta I loved it the flavor pops in your mouth with the right amount of garlic. I may go back and try the deep dish pizza
