My friend and I was on the road and decided to stop here for food tonight on 03/27/2023 upon arrival at the drive through order box the woman who took our order was so nice and very polite. We felt very welcomed. She was also very nice at the check out window. Great job to this woman because you don’t hardly get good customer service anywhere you go now of days!! We would also like to thank the cook who was on duty that night because our burgers were nice and fresh as well as the fries. Also while we parked to eat we saw how hard you all was working and cleaning. Great job you guys!!! I had to take the time out to write this review because you guy’s definitely deserve it. 5 STARS FROM US!!!

Today I’m sorry to say that I had to pull out of the drive-thru this morning at Burger King and it was only 9:00 a.m. because they had no biscuits left! I believe that they probably had biscuits in the freezer but they just didn’t want to get any more out and cook them due to the fact that they might not have been able to sell them. Unfortunately that is what’s happens when you don’t have quality 24/7 so you can keep a good steady clientele.

I’m a huge BK fan.. This restaurant is fairly new and everything was clean. The cashier was efficient and pleasant. My complaint would be with the kitchen staff. Even though BK corporate no longer uses to slogan “Have It Your Way” the promise to prepare the sandwiches per the customers wishes is still expected. I requested “no onions” yet they were on my sandwich. Then I order 2 more sandwiches to go with the same request, no onions! The order plainly stated my request….the person making the sandwich was on autopilot and onions were also on the to go burgers. I’m a loyal customer but come on….the little bit of effort to READ the screen will get you far.
