The burger I ordered was poor I had to ask my son if he saw the meet and the fries were unattractive. Customer service act like we were invisible I tried to get his attention 3 times and the place was not crowded.

This is the worst fast food service we have ever been to, tracked through for a ballgame and stopped for a quick bite and the person at window was so mean and then we had to pull up and waited and when she finally brought it out she practically threw in window with a mad face and not a single word to us!! And we said we needed ketchup and not a single packet!!

This place feels so gross that I wouldn’t be surprised if I learned that this is where burger king foot lettuce originated from. Still, though, it’s.. just Burger King.. you get what you pay for, really. The line and wait is very short here typically, for good reasons, really, the food is just alright, and some employees are ruder than others. It’s probably my least favorite ‘big’ fast-food joint in town..

The food is ok but the service here makes the whole experience poor. The receipt machine is NEVER working and some of the employees at the counter NEVER greet customers or say thank you. When you ask for a receipt, you are told receipts aren’t printing. Guess it’s a good way to ensure complaints aren’t lodged.

If an item was discontinued four years ago, why is it still on the menu today? Since the grilled chicken sandwich was discontinued, I ordered the regular chicken sandwich. It was honestly the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries were okay though.

I stopped specifically to try the Impossible Burger. The staff has no problem cooking me a fresh one when I asked. Fredriana and Abuelo were absolutely amazing. They were both friendly, patient, professional and courteous. I recently started a no meat journey and the impossible burger was sooooo good, I will gladly do a commercial because it far exceeded my expectations!!!
