I walked 30+ minutes today to go get an impossible whopper which I enjoy. I have not been to a burger king since Nashville 6 months ago in donelson and they were always very friendly and got the order right. I was today however greeted by a woman with what seemed to be an attitude. I got my order taken by a different person who was a bit better than the other one. They had issues with the payment machine and said my order would be made fresh. I was ok with that and got the veggie whopper meal with onion rings and extra onions I asked for several times. I got cold onion rings and nooo extra onions on my impossible burger. I also watched the woman in the picture below be most RUDE to the next 2 sets of customers that came in. The older gentlemen dealt with it but the next person walked out in disgust due to her most horrific customer lack of service. I was so dumbfounded I even emailed there owners. I was looking forward to going there and it is too bad they do not appreciate the people that pay their check.

There is a misleading sign outside that says 2/$6 whopper deal that they refuse to honor. This is misleading and false advertisement. And the lady at the window Jasmine was very ghetto and rude when taking orders. Definitely not returning

First, I only gave one star because I couldn’t give a negative one! My husband and I decided to get Burger King tonight due to we haven’t have Burger King in about a year because of this exact reason poor customer service and yes it was the worse mistake ever. The guy Akeem who I believe was the manager in duty working the drive thru was extremely rude while speaking with us he was speaking as if we interrupted his night or something came to the window to get our payment and was having a full conversation on his Bluetooth and the young ladies on shift that night don’t know if they was new or not but it took close to 10 mins to get our food and it was still cold!!!! Never again!!! Burger King please do a better job at selecting your employees.

There’s a sign out front near the main round that advertises Whooper 2 for $6 after waiting in line to order I was told they were not despite having a sign that states such….Very misleading

Waited over 35 minutes in the drive-thru. I have no idea what was going on as they were not communicative and only told you to wait. I had to ask if I could order yet for them to say go ahead with your order. It was not that busy inside so the drive-thru should’ve been a breeze. There is no reason unless equipment was down for that to take so long.
