Long wait in line order apple pies to go with my order cashier ask me if I wanted to wait 6 min. For them to cook them I said not if my other food was ready she said yes it’s ready she took the payment and closed the drive through window my wait was longer than the 6 minutes she said I would have to wait for the pies to be cook. so why didn’t she cook the pies at that time unprofessional she lost a sale on the pies and lost a customer. People wake up at this location. Now a good manager would have taking care of that situation better.Those apples pies would have been in that bag an apology for taking so long it shouldn’t took that long they were not busy

I visited this restaurant for breakfast I’m not sure why the employee thought it was okay to drop the sugar for mu coffee on the floor and still put it in my bag. When I mentioned it the cashier said I dropped sugar but it didn’t touch your food . It’s crazy that she thought that was okay. It’s called foodsafety I practice on a daily being in the food industry for 34 years. You all need to train your team food safety is the most important thing when it comes to the public.

I walked 30+ minutes today to go get an impossible whopper which I enjoy. I have not been to a burger king since Nashville 6 months ago in donelson and they were always very friendly and got the order right. I was today however greeted by a woman with what seemed to be an attitude. I got my order taken by a different person who was a bit better than the other one. They had issues with the payment machine and said my order would be made fresh. I was ok with that and got the veggie whopper meal with onion rings and extra onions I asked for several times. I got cold onion rings and nooo extra onions on my impossible burger. I also watched the woman in the picture below be most RUDE to the next 2 sets of customers that came in. The older gentlemen dealt with it but the next person walked out in disgust due to her most horrific customer lack of service. I was so dumbfounded I even emailed there owners. I was looking forward to going there and it is too bad they do not appreciate the people that pay their check.

What can you say about fast food? It’s food. I get the same thing everytime I go there and it hasn’t been any trouble. I do want to mention that there has been a change in their service. They have been very good and very polite. Out of the fast food places in Horn Lake, I do have to say they have have the best service.

I come to this location at least 5 times a week it is never open at the time on time. It says 530am is the time that they open but when I get there at 6am they are still close. This is a place of business and the staff should be there on time and open at the time it is suppose to open.

There’s a sign out front near the main round that advertises Whooper 2 for $6 after waiting in line to order I was told they were not despite having a sign that states such….Very misleading
