I don’t like to give negative reviews but since this Burger King opened it has been consistently bad. I usually give it a couple months hoping they’ll get it together and try again only to be disappointed. The food is usually cold and stale. My first and only time inside the restaurant was unpleasant as there were flies everywhere. Drive through wait time is terrible but they seem incredibly understaffed so I don’t mind waiting. I went today for lunch. Waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes before someone came over the speaker to take my order. I was the only one in line. I was told my food would take longer as the chicken was being dropped fresh. I said no problem as hot and fresh is preferred. Waited at the window for maybe 5 minutes not too long for fresh food. Got my order and went not even half a mile down the road. All the food was cold. Disgustingly so. The one soda we got tasted like carbonated water. So disappointing and as this was a lunch at work I couldn’t go back and they don’t answer their phone.

I’ve placed several orders from this establishment on various occasions, assuming it’s a franchise, and I’ve been hopeful that the quality of the food would improve. However, despite my efforts, I consistently end up disappointed with the food I receive. Regrettably, I’ve had to discard the meals I’ve purchased because they simply don’t meet any human expectations.

You know a place is bad when there is only 4 food places in town and people still refuse to go here. Stale onion rings every single time. Stale burger buns and funky smelling burgers that smell like they been sitting in month old onions. Disgusting. Sucks because I do wish it was edible at least.

Hit or miss here if you get funky tasting fries cooked in old oil or fresh cooked ones that you have to wait for. Today I got 2 value fries, 1 order of chicken fries, 1 order of cookies, an 8 piece nugget and 1 milk and it was $13. The chicken fries were not much bigger than regular fries. Good flavor but dry and small. They did not give me my receipt, napkins or sauce I asked for and there was zero salt on the fries.

You cannot ‘get it your way’ at this location. They have never gotten the order right. ALWAYS check your order before you drive away! I’ve never seen more than 2 employees working at one time, but that doesn’t excuse the brick hard biscuits at breakfast or the lack of half the drink menu, basically any diet drink or anything seasonal.

Not sure what’s going on here. Waited at the drive-thru for at least 5 minutes before place my order with one car in front of me. Car in front of me sad at the window 5 to 10 minutes before anybody came to take their money. They went with our turn in our window we sat there for over 10 minutes no one came to take our money so we left. Overall spent good 20-25 minutes there and was not able to get any service.

I have been to this Burger King 4 times. The first I walked into the lobby with nobody in there besides me and stood there for 10 minutes while they kept taking drive through orders completely ignoring me until I walked out.
