I stopped by there last Thursday night and ordered 2 jr meals first she gave me 1 small burger, and 1 fry, and 2 drinks, and I told her that I wanted 2 of the double jr combos which was 8.99 I believe but still didn’t get 2 combos . I got 1 double jr. Combos, and 1 without 2 burgers. After me telling her that I ordered and paid for 2 jr combos, and finally I just left because the worker just didn’t seem to get it right. I just don’t know if I will go back there again, and I like burger king food. But when you don’t get what you order go somewhere else…

Lobby was Closed before 8pm. Gentleman in drive thru was bit rude. Took over 15 mins. Fries were ice cold, and when asked for fresh he got rude. Then got fresh fries he put our Hershey Sundae pies below the hot fries. I normally like this BK, yall need to do better!!

Came through after a hard day and the patience of the staff especially Robert was outstanding. I asked for fresh food and the whoppers off the boiler and he delivered. My #2 combo was amazing. Hot fries and fast service. Please let him know that he delivered a great meal on Wednesday.

We went to Burger King after work and was blown away by the amazing service. My friends and I ordered food and it was hot and fresh . The cook told us that he was dropping everything fresh so we could have a hot meal. Robert and Riley you 2 are the best. Food was smacking and on point.

My family and I went in before church. We were highly satisfied with the service and food. Food was accurate. Hot and fresh. Robert did a great job making sure my wifes Royal Chicken was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend going when he is there.

It took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Pulled up to the drive through and it sounded like the person was having a panic attack. I didn’t see any other cars, so was not sure what was up at that point. Then was told to pull around for food in the parking lot. Well food didn’t come so I went in. The issue was clear. No employees and a horrible manager. She wasn’t nice to anyone. Manager on duty on 11/23/24 at 3pm. I saw them slowly getting to my order and another guy wanted a refund because of how long it was taking. The manager ignored everyone, she was rude, and everyone was being nice, so it wasn’t called for. She snapped at the girl doing the drive through. I love burger king, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Food was AWFUL and cold. 1 worker was standing outside next to the customer entrance door smoking while being surrounded by several intimidating people (thugs) i even armed myself before I got out due to the way they were acting. The girl at the counter had no interest in taking our order and walked off to go outside with the others. I finally ordered and was told they would bring it out so we seated ourself at the cleanest of the nasty seats and waited…..and waited……and waited. I had noticed the girl had sat a bag on the counter where I had seen 2 other customers walk up and dig thru trying to figure out if theirs because She never called anyone or any number to come get it. Finally after a lengthy wait I went and ask if it was my order and the girl got smart saying it wasn’t her job to notify anyone if their food was ready that I needed to pay attention. I will never set foot inside this establishment again even though it will probably get closed down due to someone getting shot or killed in their doorway… please stay away and go elsewhere!!
