Sorry to report that this Panera is consistently out of whatever item we want to order. Service is often (not always) slow, and any consistency is missing. The food is usually fair quality and inside atmosphere is not bad. It’s going to be awhile before I return due to the last few visits have been disappointing.

Every single time I go to this location they are out of bread for their sandwiches even though on the app it says it is available. I was supposed to pick up an order at 8:00 pm and got a text that they were running late and would text when it was ready. Waited 30 minutes and no reply from them. So I went there to pick up my order and after spending 15 minutes in the drive thru when I get to the window they say they have no bread left to make A sandwich. I don’t know if the manager or employees are incompetent, or if Panera has become an absolute trash chain? I think it’s the latter. Not to mention that they took advantage of the pandemic to shrink their portions and raise prices while keeping employees at the same wages. Refund me my money and this will be the last time I ever set a foot in one of your locations. Panera is basically the daytime Waffle House at this point.

Honestly I think the workers forget there’s a drive-through line. Spent 30 minutes sitting in the drive through. Wasn’t even rush hour. When I got my food they forgot the baguette. They need to start double checking orders or hire more people.

I’ve a mixed feeling about this location. There are days, when I got good service, and other days the service is meh! But I am giving it 5 stars because of that old gentleman who works at the counter. He is very polite, has a friendly and welcoming vibe, always greets me with his smile! Such a kind person he is!
