Food was normal. The place was a mess. All the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. Floors were dirty with food scraps. Drink area counter was covered in spills and had not been cleaned in awhile. Place was not busy and this was around 5pm. Employees were busy standing around talking to each other.

I’ve had five take out orders from here over the last year and there won’t be sixth! Each time I’ve ordered from this Panera in particular (never had an issue at any other Panera) my order has been messed up. From missing chicken on a salad to missing an entire sandwich. I’ve also had my customized order messed up, no avocado shouldn’t be that hard. And one of the times they forgot I ordered coffee and had to wait on it to brew and the coffee was watery.
So besides the lousy service there are a couple reasons I will not be going back to any Panera. I love ice tea, their’s is not good. How do you mess that up? Coffee consistently not good. The salad dressing to go servings have shrunk considerably. Last time I got a cup of chicken noodle soup and it seems to have also shrunk. In addition, the chicken looked different and not appealing. It was weirdly shaped chunks of chicken instead of nice bite size chicken. I also would really like to see more sides offered. How about something like veggies with dip. Or any other chip flavor and brand. The chips aren’t good, the apples are usually tiny and really not that good and if I’m already getting a sandwich do I really want bread on the side?

Amazing service! A staff member named Angi was extremely kind and helpful. I had accidentally ordered the wrong bread online, and she quickly changed it to what I needed without any hesitation. She was very soft-spoken and polite throughout the interaction. Even though she wasn’t late, she still apologized for a small delay because I had placed two different orders. She prepared one order very fast and patiently waited about three minutes while I completed the other. Overall, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff working behind the counter were super nice and professional.

I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years, and I’ve had consistently positive experiences. The customer service is always friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious every time. I especially love the chocolate croissant!
The only issue is that when I place an order at the kiosk for coffee, I still have to wait in line to get a cup—I hope this can improve.
Overall, highly recommend this place!

The soup and sandwich was good.
But the bagels were not risen nor baked properly. Sadly I didn’t know till I had gotten home.
It was cold in the building and the staff was more concerned about door dash customers than in store customers, which were plenty.
Maybe it was an off day. I hope so.

We placed an order on the kiosk at 6:07pm & did not get our food until 6:47pm. There were only like 4 people in the restaurant, so it didn’t appear to be busy. The floors in the restaurant looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The bathrooms were stinky & dirty. The food was good, but overpriced imo. Overall not a great experience.

I placed an order tonight through the Panera app to get it delivered and after finding out that my DoorDasher either stole the food and tip or just didn’t take it to the right place (either way they wouldn’t answer my messages or call) I called Panera, They were able to help me get my money back. I really appreciate it. Great customer service!

Got a bowl of Chicken Noodle soup. When I picked up I noticed it was just chicken broth with very little noodles, chicken or carrots. I asked if they could add some as this was just broth. He laughed and said some bags are like that. What?? No offer to give me another kind of soup. So I paid 8.00 for a bowl of Chicken Broth. Horrible food and customer service.
