I really enjoyed my meal. For my first time trying them at this restaurant, the chocolate milkshakes were pretty good, and the food was also fresh and filling. They were also fairly quick with our order.

I tried to order food today and no one came to the intercom. There were 4 cars ahead of me, one actually got out of line and tried to go in but the door was locked. 2 drove off and the car at the intercom actually told me no one came. I’m assuming they all had been sitting there for a while…. This don’t make any sense why some is always wrong with this particular Burger King. Corporate needs to be involved immediately! Who ever it is that’s not doing their job is definitely stealing time and not helping customers.

Spent 40 minutes in drive thru line to get 2 whoppers and 2 fries order was taken about 12:20 pm! When I received my order at 12:53 it only had one whopper in the bag and 2 fries so had to wait another 6 or 7 minutes for next burger! No wonder they are closing up the employees don’t care if you get it fast or not!! Burgers were ok but fries were cold since I had to wait to get second burger!! My bill was $19.93 and I saw three people behind counter!! If you’re paying $10 per hour per employee you just lost about $12! The other 5 cars that were behind me left since they probably have 30 minutes for lunch break!! Good bye Burger King you are pitiful !

Every time I go to this store….it’s so rare I don’t have some kind of problem! Twice I’ve been there and they have no cokes! Not just coke but the only thing they were serving was fruit punch and lemonade. How hard is it to run out of coke or Pepsi products? Jesus! This isn’t counting the times I pulled in the drive through and they are only accepting cash. Not to mention the times I’ve been so aggravated the dining room was closed or too cold the eat. They should just bulldoze the dining room. Why you ask I keep going…well my girlfriend seems to like the food. She’s from Venezuela. She laughs at my anger because apparently bad service is common where she is from. I don’t understand how burger King still exists.

My and I decided to stop by because we were in the area and ordered breakfast some my wife wanted to substitute hers sausage with chicken so the cashier replied we don’t have chicken Smh.We get to the window get our food we always checkour bag before we leave them boom we informed her she all my mybad then got the bag back.The manager came and asked what tdid we order she looked at the cashier and said(I don’t know what you got on but we are about to count your register down because we can’t work like this and stop taking orders until they got fixed) Big shout to that manager there she was on it but I doubt if we will go bag to that location.

Someone else’s Hair in my food. We had to go back through the drive through 2 times for missing items. After the burger was made correctly the 2nd time there was a long strand of hair throughout the burger. The manager stated she could only replace it not give a refund even though we were completely disgusted. Even though the cashier was very pleasant I can’t see myself returning.

Haven’t eaten Burger King in years. Looks like that trend will continue. Workers was indifferent. Greeted with, Welcome to Burger King” and then silence. No, may i take your order or go ahead with your order or even I’m ready. Got the food and no thank you or have a nice day. Just handed my food and walked away. Fries were not done. Chik King sandwich that Burger King has bragged about was nothing but a greasy piece of nastiness between two buns. No mayo, no pickles, no anything but grease.

This is the worst BK I have ever seen. I asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese. They just gave me the bread egg and cheese and n meat. I went back up the after driving all the way home. And told them about it and they said sorry for that and they …. Gave me my some bag back with my old cold sandwich and 2 pieces of meat wrapped in a separate paper wrapper!!! This is totally unacceptable. This BK need to fire all their employees and start over.
