The side options of hot and sour or egg drop soup are great!
Side of rice helps offset the salt of your food if you put too much soy sauce on it.

This is my favorite location at Beaverton Hillsdale. The restaurant has big seating capacity, clean and bright with natural light. Better sauce and meat selection. Nice place for all you can eat and customize your own sauce and garnishes. Friendly service and affordable price for buffet style.

Here we are, another 1st. Very fresh! So many veggie choices. Lots of oils and dressings. Thinly cut meat choices, which were chicken, pork and beef. Noodles at the bar and they ask if you want rice brought to the table. There were 2 soup options. Friendly service all the way around. Buffet is a one direction only, very nice!

Food was great. If you ask they will bring you wraps and the plum sauce is a nice touch if you like a little sweet. The waitress was so kind and polite but I noticed a few people complaining they didn’t get their drinks. She was running pretty hard and the place was pretty busy. So guessing they were just understaffed a little.
*Please note you can not take left overs home.* If you want to take food home you need to do the take out option from the beginning. I believe they have a two bowl limit for that option.

I’ve been a fan of the chain of Chang’s restaurants for a while. It’s so satisfactory to pile up a bunch of meat, vegetables, and carbs with Asian sauces and then have it grilled in front of you. It’s pretty easy to make a tasty creation at this place, and especially during lunch, prices are affordable. It even comes with free ice cream at the end. This place is pretty clean and can be empty during some weekday dinners, which is nice. Service is pretty fast too.
